Lynn's studio apartment in the upper Aves was perfect for me. It had everything I wanted & needed - a super comfortable bed, a frig, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster oven, a full bath, convenient off street parking, a desk/table area & a tv. The doors to the outside were window doors so I could open the shades if I was there during the day & the sun would pour in. Deer wandered by the door a number of times & the view of SLC valley from up there was beautiful. My own adult son & his family live in the area so I plan to return often & stay in the studio again. Lynn & her husband were a joy, friendly & helpful to me.

Exactly what I needed

Stayed for a few days to spend time with my niece who was in the children’s hospital. Perfect place for me to come back to in the evening and shower and sleep.

Beautiful neighborhood

If you’re looking for a very comfortable home feeling this is your place. The double doors open to the yard so you hear the birds and a cool breeze. It’s a beautiful neighborhood that is very comfortable and safe. The mattress was extremely comfortable and I very much enjoyed the home feeling versus a sterile hotel room.

Was here for a week. Used to live in the avenues and wanted to do it again… so I was very busy with old friends and lots of adventures. Was the perfect place to crash. Cozy and comfortable bed, plenty of space for one person. Not really a place to make meals but was fine for simple foods. Coffee and tea provided. Easy in and out. Quiet and peaceful.

Extremely flexable

I originally planned to stay for a week, but ended up staying for over two weeks. Lynn was able to accommodate me extensions with no problem. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Parking was great. The location was out of the way, but I didn't mind because it is a quiet neighborhood. I couldn't have asked for more.
