This property is beautiful and very well located in the town of Cruz Bay. This particular unit was very comfortable and well decorated. We loved the location on the 1st floor and found the hosts to be highly responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

December getaway

The location was excellent for access to Cruz Bay restaurants and bars. We were able to walk to dinner each evening which was a huge plus because parking in town is difficult to find. Easy drive to beaches and national park. We appreciated the use of beach chairs, towels, and floats. Would definitely recommend this location.

Simply Perfect!

This condo was so convenient to walk from the ferry dock and to all of the bars and restaurants. We had tons of amenities at the complex like a fitness room and pool. The condo was stocked with tons of unexpected items like a washer and dryer and even detergent! No detail was over looked by the owners and management.

Perfect Vacation

This condo was one of the best things about our vacation. It was not only in walking distance to the ferry and "downtown" Cruz Bay" (on the beach was the fastest), the view was AMAZING!! We loved walking to the little beach and enjoying the cocktails of the local restaurants and bars and sitting on the beach. We loved having our wine on the patio and watching the boats. We were able to use the chairs and cooler for our days at other beaches. The condo was super clean and Kim was so responsive if I had a question. I would love to come back to St. John and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

Perfect setting for long awaited family vacation

The property was exactly as described at perfectly located to town, beaches, restaurants and the ferry. The balcony was a great setting for watching the harbor and sunsets while catching breezes off water. The property manager was helpful and made sure all was ready for us on arrival. We also enjoyed having the beach towels and accessories available so we could travel light.
