Is the reason to stay and will be the reason to come back to this Luxury condo! Most condos have a nice view looking at the boat docks.

This condo is located at the point of the Clearwater complex and is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and has an unobstructed view of both the pool and water front. Also being situated on the point, you have a great view looking in both directions along the Big Niangua.

The balcony is located just off and above the pool area, close enough to keep an eye on the kids or other family but maintain enough privacy. The balcony comes complete with a Weber gas BBQ grill and remote controlled awning that covers the entire balcony to provide shade in the afternoon or protection from the elements.

Sitting at the 8MM of the Big Niangua gives the advantage of calmer water along both the Big and Little Niangua perfect for Water sports or a quiet cruise. Yet the location is close enough to the action that it is just a short trip to get dinner or a drink on the water.

Our ~1800 sf. 4 Bedroom 3 bath + Loft (Sleeps 9-11) unit is quite spacious and perfect for multiple families and/or friends.

The loft area is setup as an office and game room and includes desk with computer, printer and internet. Don’t worry though; High speed wireless internet is FREE and available anywhere in the condo or even on the balcony.

Don’t forget the 3-in-1 game table for Poker, Bumper pool, or additional dining space. Perfect for the afternoon break from the Sun or a late evening Texas Hold'em competition. Again, comes complete with cards, blackjack shoe, and poker chips. Just bring your poker face and be ready to go all in!

Get your friends/family together for a great summer vacation or a long weekend trip. Our Condo is spacious enough to bring the whole family yet affordable enough to have a smaller group and all the space you could ever need. Truly relaxation & fun at its finest!

Of course our condo comes fully equipped with Linens, towels, pots, pans, coffee pot, most spices and condiments.

What else is there to do at the lake?
- The Lake of the Ozarks and Niangua arms in particular are known for great crappie and bass fishing, particularly in the Spring and Fall.

-There are two beautiful golf courses, Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf and Country Club, within 5-minutes from the Condo with plenty more courses within a slightly longer drive.

-Make sure to visit Ha Ha Tonka State Park just a short distance away either by land or water, where you can take a leisurely hike, see the remnants of a historical castle, or simply enjoy a natural cold-water spring that leads into the Lake of the Ozarks.

-Is shopping your deal? It is a short 20-minute drive to the famous Osage Beach Outlet Mall. Along the way you will find plenty of specialty shops for you to stop and shop. And if eating out is in your plans, there are many restaurants to choose from and which cater to every taste and style.

-What would a vacation be without a trip to the Go-Kart Track, Miniature Golf, Water Park, or a visit to the ice cream stand? All are within a 10-minute drive.

There are so many things to see and do at the Lake of the Ozarks, and the location of our Condo is ideal. It's secluded from the heavy traffic, but easily accessible to the attractions that will surely make your vacation a memorable one.

Easy access off of Highway 54 allows you to get here and also get back out and about quickly. Also the location puts you just a few short minutes from Camdenton.

Our Condo has never been lived in full time. Thus, the condo is exceptionally clean. We consider this to be our second home and ask that you do the same.

We also have great neighbors and want to keep it that way. Thus large groups interested in loud parties are discouraged from renting our unit. Quiet hours, 11 PM to 7 AM, are enforced by the complex Security and they will evict parties that get out of control.

We know our guests and neighbors appreciate the Security available at the complex and that these policies ensure everyone can enjoy their time at the lake.
