The condo was a perfect location for my winter getaway! I enjoyed the close proximity to beautiful beaches and many walks around the marina. Dawn was very responsive when I contacted her and I appreciate the 1 day replacement of pots & pans! I couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Dawn!

Great stay

Great place right off the channel island harbor. You can see a beautiful view of boats coming and leaving the harbor. You can also hear and see seals right off the pier. The place is clean and situated in a pretty safe area.
