We invite you to come stay at The Tiger Den! With one of the most convenient locations in Clemson, you’ll have easy access to events from Graduation and Orientation to Football, Basketball and Baseball Gamedays. Just outside the front door, you’re steps from the world famous Esso Club where you can enjoy a bite to eat and some drinks, or venture out a little further to enjoy any of the other famous bars and restaurants in Downtown Clemson.

There's so much within walking distance that you’ll be able to park your car in the reserved space in the building’s gated and monitored parking lot and explore to your heart’s content. If you’re visiting for a Gameday of any kind, you’ll be as close as you possibly can be to Memorial Stadium (Death Valley), Doug Kingsmore Stadium, and Little John Coliseum, there’s not a single other property on Clemson campus that gets you closer to Gameday!

The Tiger Den is a STUDIO condo (~450 sqft, everything but the bathroom is one big open room), which is thoughtfully composed with all the necessities and comforts of home you could ask for. You’ll have plenty of room to relax on our cozy pullout couch and watch TV from the streaming service of your choice, and when it’s time to turn in, just fold out our Queen size wall bed and call it a night. If you want to enjoy some takeout, we have a table for 2 (or 4) waiting for you. Looking to host a culinary experience? We are NOT the place for you. Need to heat up some pigs in a blanket to bring to your tailgate? We’ve got you covered! Our kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, small fridge/freezer combo and additional beverage fridge (priorities!), Keurig, and your basic dishes, glassware and utensils. We do not provide spices or cooking oil.

The building is normally very quiet (no student rentals allowed), but on Game Days the atmosphere becomes much more lively with fans and other owners. Feel the game day ambience surround you between the boisterous media room across the interior hall and the popular tailgating lot on the other side of the sliding french doors. We love the excitement that game days bring, but take note that the noise levels can get fairly high and fellow Tiger fans’ excitement can go late into the evening.

PARKING:
You will have access to ONE numbered, uncovered parking spot on the front side of the building. You must display the provided hang tag while parked.

ACCESS:
Building and parking are secured by access codes and gate. Codes for gate, exterior building entrances, elevator and automated front door lock will be provided prior to your arrival.

SLEEPING:
We sleep up to 4 guests, but you'll be most comfortable with 2. We have a comfortable queen murphy bed that conveniently folds up into the wall during the day. Linens and pillows are stored in the bathroom linen closet. Our sectional sofa pulls out into a full sized bed, perfect for two kids or a cozy twosome - just be mindful that its a sofa bed, not a regular bed. Linens and pillows are located in the built in storage - just lift the chaise lounge to access.

KITCHEN:
You’ll have access to the basics during your trip. Four places settings including wine glasses and coffee mugs are provided, but please note that we do not have a dishwasher. Drying rack conveniently stored in the lower cabinets and a fresh sponge for each booking. If hand washing dishes is not your thing, please consider bringing paper/plastic products with you for your stay. Appliances: Toaster oven/air fryer combo, microwave, beverage fridge, small (4.5 cu. ft.) fridge/freezer combo (with ice trays), single serve Keurig coffee machine

LUGGAGE & CLOTHING STORAGE:
Feel free to use the three drawer hallway dresser. Hangers and a luggage rack are located in the bathroom linen closet. The TV console is a convenient spot to tuck away extra linens or a smaller suitcase while not in use.

TRASH:
Please dispose of your trash in the dumpster near the visitor parking spaces prior to your departure. Do not leave full trash bags in the hallway!

ITEMS WE PROVIDE:
Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags (we recommend that you bring an extra supply if you are staying longer than two days)
Initial supply of coffee and tea (4 Keurig pods, 4 tea bags, some sugar/splenda/creamer)
Kitchen towel, pot holder and trivet
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and dish soap
Towels (four bath, 4 hand towels and 4 washcloths and 4 black makeup cloths)
Linens (queen wall bed: 1 duvet/duvet cover, fitted and flat sheets, 4 pillows; full sofa bed: 1 duvet/duvet cover, 2 flat sheets - tuck bottom flat sheet in lieu of fitted sheet, 2 pillows, mattress pad
Iron, ironing board, steamer (careful! It gets hot!), hangers (located in bathroom linen closet)

THE RULES:
-No student rentals or guests under 25 due to HOA guidelines
-No parties, smoking, or pets. Fines will apply!
-Treat the property and fellow owners and guests with respect
-Media room across hall is open to guests on football game days only
-Absolutely no parking in any parking spots other than the one assigned. YOU WILL BE TOWED at your own expense!
