Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication with the hosts was exceptional—clear, prompt, and friendly. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location couldn’t have been better, with the tiki bar and pool just a short, easy walk away. The outdoor charcoal BBQ was conveniently located almost right outside our door in the common park area, making it perfect for relaxed outdoor meals. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone and would absolutely rent here again without hesitation.

This property was comfortable and welcoming. Our host was quick to answer any questions. The development has a really nice pool/hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs, beautiful walking paths and other amenities. There is a nursery across the street with a farmers market and beer garden. We would definitely go back.

All the extras that came with the house. Like coolers, beach bags, beach, towel, towels, beach chair, chairs, umbrella's for the beach. All the amenities that came with the house I will definitely go there again to rent.

Amazing time and beautiful place to stay at

We had an amazing time staying at this resort. Our place was very clean, cozy, well kept, had everything you needed there, was centrally located to restaurants, fort meyers beach, minni putts etc. The owners were also so wonderful with us and responded very quickly to any questions we had when we first arrived. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Very beautiful, clean condo. Everything you could want for your stay is there. Huge pool area, a lap pool, kids pool, sauna, movie theater, on site restaurants. Simply wonderful. And the owners were so easy to work with. Gorgeous place and close to many things in the Ft Myers area.

Fantastic place to stay with great amenities!

Very clean, modern two bedroom townhouse with two levels. Great lanai for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen great for cooking. The amenities were fantastic with a resort style pool, tiki bar/restaurant and access to tennis courts and pickleball. Friendly people in the neighborhood and easy access to the airport. Not far from beaches and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Beautiful accommodations and property

This property is beautiful. The townhouse is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is easy to deal with and quickly responses to your inquiries. The check in process is seamless. The community has everything - tennis, pickleball, resort like pool, tiki bar, gym, lap pool. It is a very short drive to the grocery store and golf courses. Couldn’t ask for more.

Paseo is a great gated development. Property was clean and in a great location. Owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate. Response time for questions were typically less than 60 minutes. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.

We stayed here because my son was playing in a perfect game tournament in Fort Myers. This place was very convenient for all of the different venues where the games were played, especially JetBlue Park. The place was fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s a gorgeous community, and the amenities were great. We only really used the pool, because we didn’t really have time for much else. However, when we got our guest cards, we got a rundown of all the different amenities offered by the community, and it all sounded great. The pool was great. It was exactly as advertised – a resort style pool. My son even sang karaoke one night when he went to the pool, because they were having karaoke night at the tiki bar. I communicated a few times with the property owner, David, after we checked in when I had some questions. He was great and super responsive. If we ever travel to Fort Myers again, I know where we’re going to stay. Overall, great place and great experience!
