Best place for a family

Centrally located, walking distance to ship wreck,. The house is clean, spacious and secure. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Family Fun Beach Getaway

While the location wasn't walkable to the Beach, we loved using the provided beach cart, chairs, and umbrella to visit the beach at St. Andrews State Park. Neighborhood was very busy but nice and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Pet friendly!

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. The games, bikes, and beach equipment were a plus. The walking distance to the beach was a little far and you had to cross a couple of major road so we had to drive to the beach. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

I will give the rating 7 out of 10. The property itself is an ok place. I was not too happy with dog poops from the previous renters and the air conditioner wasn't too good while we were there. I wish they would provide more garbage bags and more toilet paper. The customer service was good and Sue was good getting back with me with paperwork and all.

The property is well kept and in a great location (a few minutes from public beach access) with a family friendly layout. The driveway will fit 2 cars and additional parking is nearby. The garage was filled with lots of things many beach goers need like chairs, a beach cart, and toys. Close to restaurants, but furnished with dishes and cookware if you don’t want to go out to eat. Having a washer and dryer in the home is convenient. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is secure with a gate guard on duty from 9 pm to 5 am. The property manager will contact you to make sure everything is in order after you arrive and email departure instructions before your departure date. All in all, this was a great place to stay and I highly recommend this property.

Great Choice

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house even though it wasn't on the beach. The house was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach. It had everything we needed and even more. It was clean and relaxing. This house is in a small private quiet neighborhood. We were surprised that the kitchen had almost everything you need to be able to cook and eat as if you were home. For a little added bonus they had some beach gear to use so you didn't have to go buy stuff that you had to take home with you making it so convenient. We would 100% book this house each time if available.

We only stayed in this home for 2 nights , but it was a great time. The house was well stocked with necessities and plenty of games to play. It was conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and the beach access. The master bedroom with a full is huge!! Beds were comfortable. The only negative we experienced was the floors were extremally dirty, like turned your feet black, dirty. Not a reflection on the home owner, but thinking the maid service skipped moping the floors before we checked in. Overall great stay!

Great stay

Although we started out with a washing machine that didn't work by the second day, I will say they were great on coming right over, decided they needed to have a washing machine repair man to come the next day. Then they decided it wasn't fixable we had a brand new washer delivered the next day and set up. They were great because they took all of our dirty towels and delivered clean ones for the two days we didn't have a washer. The house was clean and the appliances were great. We enjoyed the swimming pools at the complex and used the grill and patio area every day. We would definitely stay there again. My worst part about the stay was the master bed, it was very squeaky each time you moved. But that is being very picky. Will definitely book with book that condo again.

Great Customer Service

The property wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but we were able to get in and inspect it on our own. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but wasn’t walkable from the beach despite being only a few blocks away. We enjoyed the bikes, beach chairs, and other games. Our only complaint was that the TV didn’t work. Thankfully, we noted it upon check-in because I was charged $1000 when we checked out! I immediately contacted customer service and provided the screen shots of my conversation about the TV and was refunded, plus given an additional discount for my inconvenience. I am pleased with the way that was handled and would certainly rent from them again!

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay! Since we had my pup we went to 'Dog Beach at Pier Park Panama City Beach' which was a straight shot down hutcheson/front beach, about 10-15 min drive. Loved the beach and being able to have my pup with me. The rental was nice. They had 2 outdoor areas which were nice, our sanctuary was the front porch. The outdoor furniture needed a good cleaning but aside from that, we loved it. The decor was esthetically pleasing. The Master was nice with wonderful walk in closet and en suite. Tub was a bit slippery and most bulbs were out or flickering, sinks/vanity could use an update but was not bad. Toilet tank was cracked but worked fine. Hall bath worked, vanity had substantal cracking around the sink, but appeared to be cracked paint. Kids bunk room was awesome and they enjoyed. Was nice to have 4 TV's so there was no bickering when kids did watch tv..lol. 2nd bedroom was nice, lacked a mirror, but not a big deal. Bed set up was unique and neat, but was too high and difficult to get into, a step up would be helpful. Kitchen was nice, had what we needed. Counters need updating as there were many nicks and marks, but was still functional. Place was comfortable! I was disappointed to find the floors were terribly dirty. Our feet were filthy within 10 mins of kicking off our shoes, so much so that our feet had to be washed off. We all wore flops after that. Found cob webs in all the rooms in the corners and on the dinning table light fixture.. pretty gross. Found that the counters & table were still dirty upon arrival as I used Clorox Wipes to wipe down and there was residue. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets. All dishes need to be pulled out and washed, it appears they have sat in the cabinets so long they've collected dust. We washed everything we used before using... not exactly idea. We did find a hard shell bug in the hall bath the last day, but is very possible that it sneaked in from the from door as folks went in and out at night from the front porch. Having the beach cart and chairs were nice. The umbrella was broke so we dragged to the beach for nothing the first day but bought our own afterwards. Kids enjoyed the boogie boards. Overall we had a nice stay. Some attention to some details will make this place phenomenal!

Sand Castle Lane

Overall, the property was pretty nice. There were details of disrepair that concerned me during my stay. I photographed all of them for my own protection. Cracked or chipped countertops and inoperable window shades are items that I notice because I build homes as my profession. I didn't appreciate having to explain those defects to my wife and children. The satellite TV and/cable were very poor. Bathrooms also were in need of additional TLC. This is in no way a complaint. We were, generally, pleased.
