Hello Friends!
Located a block from the ocean in prestigious Del Mar, this 2 bedroom 2 bath Ocean view townhome was completely remodeled in 2017 inclusive of all new windows, new driftwood flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets, custom backsplash, high-end quartz countertops, all new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher white), new vanities, new tub, new faucets and a brand new washer/dryer (2021). It features 3 large walk-in closets, plus a 1 car private garage (which is extremely sought after in this area for bike storage, etc.) with 2 additional parking spaces. It is perfect for beach living! It is a 5 min walk to Del Mar’s Camino Del Mar, the central restaurant and shopping area in town, and a 10 min walk to Powerhouse Park and full beach access. Bikes included.

The townhome is located within walking distance of Torrey Pines State Reserve and a quick 5-minute drive to the famous Torrey Pines Golf Course, site of the 2021 US Open. The surrounding towns within a 10/15-minute drive include La Jolla, Solana Beach and Encinitas.

Whether it’s checking out the local wineries, SeaWorld, Legoland, Birch Aquarium, Belmont Park, Petco Park (Padres game), USS Midway or San Diego Zoo, you are a short drive away. And, if you would rather just hang in the Del Mar area, the quaint town offers terrific beaches and parks, Del Mar Horse Racetrack, shopping, dining, spas, golf and fun events. Once you arrive at the San Diego airport, it is a short 20-minute drive North on the 5 to Del Mar.

Simply Wonderful!!!

Perfect place for my husband and me and our 2 pups! Wonderful location.. morning walk with dogs overlooking ocean! 1 block from beach and amazing sunsets. Anna's property was clean, updated, well-stocked. Felt very at home and comfortable from check-in to check-out! Anna was very communicative, although there were no issues. Delmar is a wonderful place and Anna's was the perfect place to call home for a month :)

Stratford court

We liked the convenience to Main Street Del Mar--within walking distance. However, what we did not like was the very dirty shag carpeting, the torn front door screen and outdoor patio chairs which were basically falling apart. Also, there was constant construction noise due to the condo renovation next door and the construction crew blocked the garage door preventing our departure and arrival several times.

Thank you, Marty, for taking the time to review our condo. The white rug you may be referring to in the living room is cleaned regularly. Otherwise, there is no carpeting in the condo- it is all new vinyl flooring. The HOA is planning on installing new screen doors as many of the units are worn due to the close proximity to the ocean. The outdoor furniture has normal wear and tear, again, with the close proximity to the ocean. With the last couple tenants we hadn’t heard of any issues with a construction crew, but wish you would have notified us during your stay as we could have brought that to the city’s attention. Thank you, again, for taking the time to review our condo.
