Welcome to our Sanctuary, A place for you to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy walking on the beach. Attend an afternoon at the Races at Del Mar Racetrack. Walk up to the bluff and take in a Sunset overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Have a morning swim in a large heated swimming pool close by.

Close to many fine restaurants, walking distance to the famous Cedros Street, on Sundays there is a farmers market two blocks away.



Our large Comfortable unit is all on one level. 1700 square feet including a large patio.

The condo has almost everything you would need for your vacation.

Once you stay here you will want to come back every year.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove your trash. Please throw away Old Food. If you want to leave something good for the maids that is Olay. Thank you
Please rinse very well dishes , pans and everything else before putting in dishwasher. Thank you
Please put at least one load of towels in the washer Soap Provided. Please always shake off SAND off Beach Towels. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
By Renting my Condo you agree to my terms and conditions This is a condominium , The complex name is Sea Scape Sur.
you will be given a rule book and are responsible for any fines that arise from not obeying the rules. 30 days or more pay the electric bill.
Occupant agrees to indemnify , defend and hold harmless Owner from all claims resulting from loss, injury or damage to occupant or occupants guests

You really do not need a car many restaurants and Coffee houses close by. Stores too. The Amtrak Station is 3 blocks away.
Every Day is a beautiful day in Solana Beach.
