Welcome to our Sanctuary, A place for you to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy walking on the beach. Attend an afternoon at the Races at Del Mar Racetrack. Walk up to the bluff and take in a Sunset overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Have a morning swim in a large heated swimming pool close by.

Close to many fine restaurants, walking distance to the famous Cedros Street, on Sundays there is a farmers market two blocks away.



Our large Comfortable unit is all on one level. 1700 square feet including a large patio.

The condo has almost everything you would need for your vacation.

Once you stay here you will want to come back every year.

Wonderful stay

We had a great vacation with plenty of room. The property is located with an easy walk to the beach, pools , and tennis. The place was so spacious and clean. Maureen, the property owner, made sure our stay was excellent. She really cares that her property is clean and ready for your arrival. We had the city shut off the water one day and she was so wonderful in sending us water so there were no worries. I highly recommend! Great for a family get away.

Perfect for a family getaway

Maureen’s condo was perfect for our recent trip to San Diego. She was an incredible hostess, thinking of everything we could possibly need during our stay. The location was awesome - walking distance to a nice beach, and centrally located in Solana Beach with lots of great food options (incl The Brigantine!) We would love to stay there again in the future.

Maureen is a very nice host. She welcomed us in the Very spacious and well located unit close to the beach.. The area is safe with lots of good restaurants. We had everything we need to feel home.

Great Property

This is a great spot. We will be back in the future. Stayed here with three kids six and under. Check in was seamless and Maureen stocked up the place for us in a very thoughtful way. I haven’t had a property owner do that before and it is super helpful. The location is great. Sunset from the bluff was amazing. The best SD beaches (in my opinion) are a short walk/drive away.

Maureen is a generous and responsive host. Upon check in she provided a basket of toiletries, all cleaning supplies and ingredients for a hot breakfast the next morning! She greeted us personally and then left us to enjoy the property. The condo is comfortable, clean, thoughtfully decorated and the complex is beautiful. Street parking is generally available and convenient while two covered garage spaces are also provided. The condo is closer to the street than the water. We found it more convenient to drive to Torrey Pines for our beach days. Lots of shopping and dining close by, some even walkable. Instacart and door dash works well here too. Highly recommend this property and host.

Great host, location and spacious property

Maureen was a gracious and generous host, loading us up with delightful food and sundries, meeting us for check in, and sharing lots of great local resources to check out. The 3 bedroom property provided space for us both to have work space and still have space to relax. Solana Beach is so well located with short and lovely walks to prime beaches, food, and virtually anything we needed. It is a short drive south th Del Mar and north to Encinitas. All in all a wonderful experience for our month of work and play.

Wonderful week in Solana Beach

While the weather wasn’t the greatest, Maureen’s home was!! Of all the vacation rentals I’ve done this is the only one that felt like a home! It was great to meet Maureen personally and was amazed at everything she provided. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived! It was spacious and super comfortable beds! Location is perfect for exploring Solana Beach and surrounding area. The ocean views did not disappoint. The four of us loved it and hope we can return. Thank you, Maureen!

Very comfortable and perfectly located

Our family of 5 stayed a week and greatly enjoyed having this home as our home base for our vacation around San Diego. The location is perfectly centered for exploring the county, whether it be the Safari Park, or downtown, or Carlsbad, or wherever. It's got the benefit of having a short timed traffic light that gets you to the 5 very quickly, especially if you utilize the gate outside the front door and parking right there. The house and beds were extremely comfortable and we eased into the spacious living areas right away. The master suite provides a nice retreat and there is no road noise to speak of. We lacked nothing we needed there. Walking through the manicured grounds to the bluff over the beach was a daily morning activity. And Maureen was wonderful and extremely responsive, especially great given the airline travel hassles we had. Was well worth the effort getting there. We will be back and thank you once again!

Maureen is extremely welcoming and hospitable. She took the time to call beforehand and introduce herself and make sure everything was set. She left breakfast supplies and extra toiletries (which we ended up needing bc our bag didn’t make it that day!) which was so thoughtful and nice. The condo is a great location - steps to the beach and short walk to really fun shopping on Cedros Avenue. The condo was clean and the bed in the main bedroom was SO comfortable. Lovely Host, Amazing Kitchen, Peaceful Community

Maureen took very good care of us. She has such a positive vibe and made us feel very welcome in her home. I really liked the location: easy access to the 5 freeway, quick walk to the Cedros Ave Design District (we went to Lofty Coffee many times), not too far to the beaches (unfortunately, the stairway to the beach from the property was closed for maintenance while we were there). The condo itself was fully-stocked: we made great use of the kitchen to cook many meals, we grilled on the BBQ a couple times; Maureen's dishware is quite cute. The unit was located near the street, which made getting in/out very fast; the ocean view was a short walk through the beautifully maintained garden/common space. The community was very quiet, peaceful, and serene at both day and night. The only negative parts of our stay were: slower Internet upload speeds (sending photos/videos took a while, but streaming videos was just fine), and the hot water during showers sometimes cooled down a bit after a few minutes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to come back; it's not the newest but it has its charm, is very reasonably priced, and has a fantastic community/neighborhood vibe.

Solana Beach a Great Find

Really enjoyed our Vacation at Maureen's condo. From our initial interest to her personally greeting and touring us around the property, she is really very easy, enjoyable and thorough to deal with. Wow what a location, great beach access, easy to get around to any of the sights and attractions in the area. The condo itself is large (6 adults who always had their own space) and clean with probably the most comfortable beds you could imagine. Kitchen fully stocked with lots of spices, appliances etc. you will need to cook at "home". The sunsets and beach are unbelievable, you really need to see it to believe it. Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Tennis Racquets all supplied. If we are in the area this would be our first choice for a long term stay, as the Host and location are without a doubt first rate. Thanks to Maureen and her condo we had a FANTASTIC Family Holiday.

Maureen is always a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and goes the extra mile to make us feel at home with goodies and a welcoming light on when we arrive. She takes care of her place, and always keeping it fresh and up to date. It is a great and safe location to the water and the fairgrounds as well as other attractions. I have worked with other homeowners in other regions, and none are as nice and accommodating as her. We can always rest assured everything will be set for us upon arrival. Three bedroom condo ideal for family and guests

I just returned from another delightful month stay at Maureen's condo in Solana Beach at Sea Scape Sur. Fortunately I have already signed up to return next year. The three bedroom layout is perfect for visiting family and guests. Due to the open concept centered around a well equipped kitchen, and spacious dinning and living room, preparing and sharing a meal is a delight. The sunny, large, master suite with private bath and dual sinks provides a private retreat. The condo's shady flower filled deck is ideal for reading and grilling. The owner was gracious and welcoming and had the residence ship shape upon arrival. Sea Scape Sur sits above a beach walking expanse stretching for miles. Flowers fill the complex along with pools and tennis courts. Two garage parking spots are part of the rental but I found public transportation and walking took me everywhere I needed to go.

Very comfortable, very nice, excellent location.

I recently stayed at Maurine’s place in Solana Beach with my family. This three bedroom is extremely comfortable and has everything you might need. It is located in a gated community right on the cliffs of the beach. The pictures of the bluff and the beach are accurate, but the view is even better in person. The condo is located in a very central location, not too far from any of the several San Diego attractions. Restaurants are within walking distance, and there is even an urban winery close by. Working with Maurine is a complete pleasure. She made everything easy and ensured that we had everything we needed from beach chairs to towels. We had such a great time, we called and asked her to extend our stay. Lucky for us she canceled her own stay so we could extend ours! Thank you Maurine for the use of your home and for your hospitality. We will definitely book again!

Excellent condo - met all of our needs

We were very pleased with our rental. The communication with the owner before, during, and after our stay was premier. The condition of the condo was perfect and the owner met us there to show us around - she even left us a basket of goodies! The layout was great for a family and there was plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and relaxing. The location is perfectly convenient to everything in Solana Beach and a very short hop to downtown Del Mar. Easy access to the beach and nice pools. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and a CVS, which is very nice to have so we didn't have to drive everywhere. Can equipped with boogie boards, towels, etc. for the beach. We would recommend this condo to anyone seeking a week in paradise!

A Month of Swimming, Walking, and Healthy Eating!

I just returned from a comfortable, month long stay in Solana Beach. This ocean side complex is lavish with flowers and water features for northern color starved visitors. This rental unit was a welcoming place for my family and visiting retired friends.the master suite was large and designed nicely with a quite space to read and a walk in closet. I enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and dinning room for sharing meals and cooking together. We often ate, visited, or read outside on the long shady patio. It was a short walk up to the pool and a bit longer up to the coast benches for sunset viewing. Walking the beach for hours at low tide was a wonderful routine. Our gracious owner provided, umbrellas, beach towels, tennis rackets, sand chairs, and boogie boards for our use. Sunday afternoons brought the Farmer's Market filled with locally grown California produce and specialties. There ere many places to eat out within walking distance. Solana Beach has a train depot and good bus connections to all the popular sights. I'm booked for next year!

Exactly as described!

Family vacation over Christmas break and love returning to Solana Beach again. This condo is walking location to shopping, fitness/yoga places, and a little hike to the beach down the public stairs. Condo is very comfortable, quiet, clean and great kitchen cooking necessities. Thanks for use of the boogie boards and the very warm pool too. Would certainly rent again when returning to the area. it is a good value and rental price for coastal location.

Wonderfully located

We enjoyed our stay in Solana Beach and the Condo had plenty of room for our family of five! Everything was so clean and the kitchen well equipped; we shopped at nearby Whole foods and Sprouts. One of the 2 complex swimming pools was heated and always clean! Beautiful sunsets and the beach felt private! Very comfortable place to stay and we are hoping to return next year!!!
