The property features a main villa and two large private casitas:

Main Villa (Sleeps 12): 4 bedrooms, including 2 king suites with en-suite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with double beds

Two Casitas (Sleep 8): Each with 4 double beds (2 on the main floor, 2 in a loft), plus a full bathroom

I am also an artist...painting custom paintings for businesses and residential. Mother of two wonderful sons Jessy and Jake. I love to entertain, travel, garden, paint, hike, and in general meet wonderful people!

Why they chose this property

When I found the Punta Pescadero Area, I fell in love with the beauty of this paradise and the people. I had no intentions to find my dream home, but it happened. A day before, a turtle hatched by my lawn chair and I was "All In". I now am the proud owner and want to share this special wonderful place with those that appreciate the beauty, privacy and hopefully will return for years to come!

My goal is to continue the outstanding hospitality that Casa Alvarado has provided in the past to our guests.

Unbelievable View....you feel like you are in a ship overlooking the spectacular Sea of Cortez! You walk down an amazing staircase from the home to your own paradise. Activities such as snorkeling, diving, swimming in the sea and your own private pool, atv rentals, fishing, ping pong, are just a few your adventures. Perfect for family reunions, weddings, couples and corporate retreats or just a romantic getaway. The casitas can be added for larger than 12 groups. All bedrooms have their own private baths and entrances
