(prices include 16% lodging tax deducted by vrbo) Elegant 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath main house with secluded beach and pool between the house and the 3 bedroom 2 bath guesthouse. Panoramic beach view with ocean. everywhere. SUN 355 DAYS PER YEAR. Central air conditioning with back up generator and heated pool. Miniature golf course, year round fishing and ocean play. 57mbps fast wifi means you can even work here if you want.
The many activities include fishing, horseback riding, hiking, ATV/UTV rides, massages at the house, or simply reading a book under a palm tree. This location is remote, so don't come here for nightclubs. El Cardonal is 15 minutes north on a dirt road with 400 people living in that village. Los Barriles is 30 minutes south with part dirt road and 3000 population. We get our groceries in Los Barriles and do some bar hopping or restaurants on a trip to town.
There is a restaurant within walking distance or you can have delicious mexican food delivered to you, or even arrange for a chef to cook for you at the house. You have time to cook your own meals and leave the mess for Griselda in the morning.
Weddings or events are welcome and this is a fantastic backdrop for anything you want to remember. Full service planning is available.
Reflect on life from a distance and reset your priorities when you return to your busy life. ONLY here can you accomplish so much by doing so little.

Casa McGann

We love Punta Pescadero and needed a place to stay for a couple nights while visiting our new build site. Communication with the owner was super smooth and he has put much effort into updating the property. On-site staff was super helpful as well.

Beautiful home that needs TKC

Casa McGann is a beautiful home. The moment you walk through the gate you are mesmerized by its beauty…..upon arrival, we were surprised to fine they had not turned the AC on prior to our arrival. Then you find out things don’t work like they should, you can’t enjoy the beachside setting in the evening because they have no light out there. The steps next to the bar seating are a fall hazard, no markings to let you know they are there. Only one AC unit in the downstairs living dining worked, nor did the dishwasher. The very last thing Zi want to do on vacation is wash dishes by hand. However, if they spent about three weeks fixing things, the home would be top notch and I would definitely go back.

Why they chose this property

I landed my plane here in 1994 and was hooked from the first days. Best all round fishing in the world, combined with relaxation like you have never experienced before. NO stress, NO lists of things to do, no phones to bother you.
This house was designed by me to be my permanent residence, but plans changed over the years. The guest house was built in 1 year as the Mexican contractors and I worked together to coordinate the differences in building and materials. The main house took 4 years to complete. I decided to share with others so you can see that life can be wonderful in Mexico, contrary to what some say that don't know it. I want you to leave with a whole new concept of what living in Baja can be. ENJOY is my wish

What makes this property unique

This is more than a house with a key. In fact we do not always lock the house as it is totally safe here. We take care of you from when you land, meeting you at the airport, and guide you to the house, stopping for supplies along the way. Just mention what you need or activity you want and the house manager JoseMaria will make the arrangements. This is life at the top.
