We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back. The location is wonderful, the beach is beautiful, the building is great and this particular condo is the best we’ve ever stayed in! Very clean, comfortable and lovely!

Wonderful place to stay

The condo unit was bigger than I thought. The condo maintenance and cleaning staff were so polite and constantly on the job keeping the place nice. Access to the beach was so easy. The location was great. We walked to most places. Great place to stay. We will be back.

We had a great time. Weather was perfect. Condo was clean overall. There was mold in the master bath on tile and shower curtain but other than that no complaints.

There is a bar right across the street from this building that plays extremely loud music on weekends until about 1:00 a.m. My daughter's bedroom was located on the parking lot side of this building and you can clearly hear this music inside of the condo. She had terrible sleep.

Moldy room

As soon as we opened the door to the room, we were slapped with the smell of mold, and soon found out all of the vents were covered in it. It took three days for the building manager to clean the vents, and fix the fridge door that wasn’t working. The room was also dirty when we arrived at 7 PM. It’s a nice room, with beautiful views, however, it wasn’t how we planned to spend our anniversary by staying in a moldy room for the entirety of our trip. The building manager also never let us know when he entered the room, which invaded our privacy. Also the code for entrance to the lobby from the front and back pool door area does not work most of the time.

Nice location but this property desperately needs a refresh

While we liked the complex - parking secure, clean and pretty lobby area, nice pools and easy beach access - the condo itself needed a deep cleaning. It was as advertised in that it had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and was on the 16th floor. But the doors, walls and baseboards, as well as the hvac door, were dirty and needed repainting. The furniture was cheap and worn, the beds wobbly and squeaky, the balcony furniture needed replacing and there was a musty smell when we first came in. This unit is showing its age and for the price we paid, it truly needs renovation. Maintenance wanted to come in while one of our party was there alone wanting to do a glass inspection. We had not received any notice of this but they did respond quickly to let us know they were in fact there for that purpose so we let them in and they apologized for not sending the notification. It was our first stay in Pensacola Beach on an annual trip we take as a group and it will definitely not be our last. But we won’t stay here again.
