This spectacular Platinum-Rated unit on the fourteenth floor is elegantly decorated and features a King Bed in the master and a Queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom (both w/high quality mattress), one queen pull out sofa bed, and a single hideaway bed. Designer touches include 18' tiled floor throughout, stand up glass enclosed frameless shower in master, flat screen TVs, stereo/cd system with ipod hookup, dimmer lighting throughout, and fully renovated & equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. New vanities in both bathrooms. Feel free to bring your laptops...High Speed Internet is available at no charge! It is an orange jack next to the phone plug at the kitchen bar.

The living room and master bedroom open out onto a large balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views and warm breezes. You'll be assured a good nights sleep with the tranquil sound of the waves. This is also the ultimate view and center stage eye level view for the infamous Blue Angels beach show!

Emerald Isle features 2 swimming pools (one heated), an outside hot tub, sauna, fitness center, outside shower, and boardwalk to the sugary white sands of Pensacola Beach. Beach chairs, loungers, and umbrellas are also available. There are also two elevators and several rolling luggage carts for your convenience. Parking area is gated and reserved for your use.

We had the best weekend at this condo. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had and made our stay a great one. Unit is clean and well furnished & you just can't beat this location on the island. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful place!

My family of five stayed here for seven days and we could not have been happier. The location is perfectly situated on the island; close to restaurants and activities but not right in the middle of high traffic. We spent every day on the beach and in the pool. My only complaint would be that for the price, I wish we had an umbrella and chairs included.

We loved our stay here. Pools were perfect for my 2 kiddos and clean. Elevators were pretty quick. Easy beach access and close to all the restaurants. Loved the beach views!

Nice place right on the beach

Property was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Had a little issue when trying to check in because the management company didn’t have all my information, but once I got that cleared up, the rest of the stay was great

The condo was great. Had some trouble with the door code on arrival but was able to get assistance quickly. My only suggestion would be put more hand towels in the bathroooms and a couple more dish towels. Other than that was great!

Great setup

The location was awesome and having the beach access right there was excellent. One of the elevators was down for the first two days which may check in a little challenging with luggage, lines for elevator but once it was fixed, everything was great.

We so enjoyed unit 1406! Super clean, great AC, beautifully decorated, and gorgeous view from large balcony. Easy check-in and easy access to pool and beach. We have already booked this unit again for next year. Highly recommended to you for your next beach trip!

Couples getaway

The condo was beautiful and at The perfect location for relaxing at the beach. The location was excellent. We walked to most of the restaurants and shops. Close to the pier but far enough away if you would rather avoid lots of people. The view from the condo was beautiful. We enjoyed every part of out trip. We would definitely come here again.

Our stay was wonderful at this property. The tricky part is finding all of the separate codes for doors, parking, room, etc. and the right combination of those to work the various entry points. But once you figure it out, the location is amazing and well worth it!

The most perfect beach vacation spot!!!!

Our family spent our holiday here at this condo, and we cannot say enough how incredible our stay was! The condo was beautiful, spacious, so comfortable and very clean. We cooked all our meals during our stay, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking...we saw every sunrise and sunset there during our stay. The experience of staying in this condo exceeded our expectations. Robert, we hope to book with you again soon!

Emerald Isle Pensacola Updated

We always stay at Emerald Isle in Pensacola. This particular condo has been updated. There is a huge shower in the primary suite bathroom. There are new appliances and everything looks new and beautiful. What a pleasant surprise compared to some of the condos that haven’t been renovated! We totally recommend this condo.

Beautiful views!

First off, the views will knock your socks off. It's incredible! This property was in a great location on Pensacola beach... easy access to the ocean right out the doorstep and walking/biking distance to restaurants and bars. The property was very clean and orderly, but my biggest complaint is that you could tell that a previous guest(s) had smoked cigarettes inside. It was faint and you got used to it once inside, but definitely noticeable when you first walk in. The other thing, while not a serious deterrent, is that the place is not stocked with any sort of 'nice-to-haves' like beach towels, beach chairs / coolers, etc. Bring your own! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and the host was very responsive to our questions.

This property was tired, and infested with ants that made the kitchen unusable.

This property needs to be refreshed. During our one week we could not use the kitchen due to ants on kitchen counters, bathrooms and living room. We lost food we brought due to ants crawling over it. Front window leaked water during a rain storm and crown molding was separating from wall and wood seams. Walls were marked up and dirty. Experience was disappointing and no relief from off site owner.

Great property! Views and amenities are superb. The gate codes for the property are a bit of a hassle. The codes worked intermittently all weekend. Gates definitely required some maintenance.

Love that Pensacola Beach is not busy like Destin or Gulf Shores or Panama City yet had all the great restaurants, water activities, Gulf Islands National Seashore, and of course beautiful white sandy beaches.
