The indoor pool is reserved exclusively for you during your stay; you’ll be free to enjoy it at any time with direct access from the living room or the terrace.<br>Ideally located between the bays of Douarnenez and Audierne, this fully renovated former store welcomes you to its new setting, offering charm and comfort. <br>You can relax by the private indoor pool, heated to 29° year-round, and enjoy the wooden terrace or the large garden.<br>Located on the road leading from the Pays Bigouden to Cap Sizun, you’ll discover remarkable, protected sites such as the Pointe du Raz and the Pointe du Van… as well as small, charming towns like Pont Croix and Locronan…<br>The GR 34 trail awaits you for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views—and why not set sail for a getaway to the Île de Sein?<br>Just 10 minutes from the beaches, water activities (boat trips, surfing, fishing, canoeing…) will delight you.<br>Also discover the large market in Pont-l’Abbé, Quimper and its old alleyways, the Port of Douarnenez, and all of southern Finistère.<br>When it comes to food, you’ll enjoy Breton specialities: crêpes, cider, Kouign-amann… and a seafood platter to savour!<br>On the ground floor:<br> —a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a cosy, bright living room (with TV) that leads out to the wooden terrace.<br> —a bathroom with a walk-in shower.<br> —a separate toilet.<br>Ground floor:<br>- Two bedrooms with 1.80m x 2.00m beds.<br>- A bedroom with a 1.40m x 1.90m bed.<br>- A bathroom with a vanity unit, bathtub, and shower, plus a changing table.<br>- A separate toilet<br>On the second floor:<br>- A large attic bedroom with a 1.60 m x 2.00 m bed.<br>The indoor pool (7m x 4m x 1.40m) is accessible directly from the living room and can be locked; it is secured by an electric roller shutter and opens onto the terrace through two floor-to-ceiling windows—sun loungers await you there! <br>From the pool, you have direct access to a bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet; this hallway also leads to the laundry room, which includes a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and ironing board. <br>Outside, the large terrace overlooks the landscaped garden with an outdoor seating area (table, umbrella, grill, swing, Mölkky… sure to delight young and old alike!)<br>We provide baby gear: cot with mattress, changing table with built-in bathtub, high chair, booster seat, toilet seat reducer, and potty.<br>The cleaning fee is included; all linens are provided, and beds are made upon arrival.<br>We accommodate up to 7 people.<br>Pets are not allowed.<br>--- Available rental periods: 1 week or 3 weeks (The calendar does not show availability for 3-week rentals; please contact us) ---<br><br>Show less
