A "Girls Trip" Stay at Luxury Home by Bayou St. John

This is a very nice property. Beautiful decor with excellent ammenities. Ample kitchen supplies for serving meals and entertaining. Large and comfortable bedrooms as well as additional sleeping options (air matresses, sleeping bags). Plenty of space for a group to spread out and be comfortable. A great place to "come home to" after outings. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Cozy home

What a gem!!! Owners are very responsive and most accommodating. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. I will most certainly be back and tell others. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time!

Stayed here during my girls trip with 3 other women and this was THE best place! The place was super clean and very comfortable. Loved the fact that we all had our own bedrooms and that made for such a more comfortable trip. We had a little hiccup with the A/C but honestly nothing that the owners could have prevented and were very communicative before hand. The open porch/balcony upstairs was the perfect touch! I will say arriving to the property the neighborhood was a little iffy at first, but no one messed with us and we felt safe. Overall, amazing trip and we will be back for sure!!

One of the most comfortable vacation rentals we've stayed in!

This house doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's great on the inside - big, comfortable, and well-appointed. We have stayed at many vacation rentals, but this was one of the best. The house was stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable vacation - pots, pans, silverware, spices, lots of TP, shampoo...everything! It was very clean and well-maintained. Didn't look like the owners cut any corners in updating the home. New appliances, wood floors, good lighting, big table, updated bath fixtures. The house isn't in a great neighborhood, but it's a short drive to the french quarter and garden district, where we spent most of our time. And the trolly is within walking distance for most people. We would have liked either dressers or more clothes hangers in the bedrooms. Otherwise, everything was great and the host was very responsive. Oh - and when they say checkout is at 11, they mean it. The cleaning lady opened the front door at 11am sharp, so be sure to let the host know if you need a few more minutes to vacate.

Fabulous Family Getaway! Best Place to Stay in New Orleans to see Fireworks!!

Beautiful, modern home with plenty of room to visit with friends/family. We had 5 adults and two 17-year-olds. There were multiple sitting areas (one upstairs with TV/sofa/chairs - one downstairs with two sofas, chair and TV) - large dining table for socializing and well-equipped kitchen with bar/bar stools. Beds were super comfortable. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms gave us lots of room! Amazing covered balcony off the back of the house that provided great view of the New Year's Eve fireworks. The trolleys weren't running for some reason, but Uber was very reasonable and there is a convenience store within walking distance. The hosts were extremely responsive. Beautiful home - we truly appreciated being able to gather our family there.

Plain on the outside; Fabulous on the inside

On the outside, this property looks very plain and doesn't reveal the excellent renovations that have been completed in the interior. The pictures really can't convey the quality of the fixtures or the spaciousness of the interior. The rooms or good sizes and the bedding is very comfortable. The favorite place for everyone was the balcony. It was relaxing to sit outside and just talk at the end of the day. The property is easy to get to from the airport. The neighborhood is a mix of old New Orleans and new. It is conveniently located 2 blocks from Orleans Avenue so you can quickly get to City Park or downtown New Orleans. With it being a corner property surrounded by commercial buildings, there is ample street parking (especially on the weekend).

Awesome

The property was great we had a party of 5 the host thought of almost anything and everything you could want or forgot to bring on your getaway! The amenities were awesome , loved the different sitting areas and the best part was there were NO TV's in the bedrooms. I loved this due to the fact that most of the world is engaged with their phones attached on social media nowadays it almost forced everyone to interact. The house was spacious, very well kept and maintained. We used Uber as our means of transportation very efficient with minimum wait time. Definitely would recommend this property and would stay here again on my next visit to New Orleans!!! Thank you to Carter the host!!!

If you're looking for a sign this is it!!!!!'

This property was so amazing. This is definitely a hidden gem in Nola. The property was super clean. The host has literally thought of all the items you need but may have forgotten. More than enough space. The property also has air mattresses(for larger crowds). The host was easy to reach after we accidentally locked ourselves out. The location is just a quick Uber ride or walking distance from the night life. We also enjoyed all of the cleaning products that were available. Will definitely be booking again
