4 gîtes in the house. 1st floor: living room with kitchen area (1 single sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140X190 CM), bathroom (bathtub with WC). Shared terrace on the 1st floor. Washing machine and dryer in a shared room on the ground floor. Former school from the end of the 19th century renovated located in the heart of a small hamlet 3 km from St Michel de Maurienne (shops open all year). Comfortable and bright gîte. Large shared terrace with a beautiful open view of the valley. Ski Orelle link Val Thorens 9km, Valmeinier link Valloire 10km, Valloire 15km.
