Washing machine and dryer in a shared room on the ground floor. Former school from the end of the 19th century renovated located in the heart of a small hamlet 3 km from St Michel de Maurienne. Comfortable and bright gîte. Large shared terrace with a beautiful open view of the valley. Ski Orelle link 3 Valleys (Val Thorens) 9km, Valmeinier link Valloire 10km, Valloire 15km. 3 km from St Michel de Maurienne (shops open all year), cottage located 9 km from the Orelle cable car linking Val Thorens/Domaine les 3 Vallées (largest ski area with 600 km of slopes), 10 km from Valmeinier/Valloire (150 km of slopes). Privileged location between Savoie and Hautes-Alpes, on the famous Route des Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorbikes, mopeds and cars. Escape to Italy via the Fréjus Tunnel. Ideal for hiking with the proximity of the Vanoise National Park and the Galibier massif. For cycling, several legendary passes in the Maurienne valley! Rich religious and baroque heritage.
