Vacation bliss awaits in this lovely three-bedroom condo that sleeps up to nine. This Hi Country Haus condo is just a few steps away from the free city shuttle, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet is tucked away with the serenity of mountain views right from the patio. Upon arrival, the bright decor and large stone fireplace is a welcome sight for mountain travelers. Conveniently store your skis, snowboards, and other outdoor gear in the entryway closet designed for the savviest adventurer. The family chef will delight in the fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and cooking gadgets galore! Recap the day’s adventures by gathering around the round dining table and breakfast bar to recount the day's adventures with friends and family. You can also head outside to dine on the patio with seating for four and great mountain views.

After a day of adventure, warm up by the wood-burning fireplace and cozy into the sectional sofa to watch your favorite movie on the smart TV (pls note no Cable service). Enjoy the condo’s board games to make fun family memories. Retreat to the main bedroom styled at the height of perfection! It's complete with a king-size bed, bedside charging stations, and a smart TV (pls note no Cable service). The main en-suite bath has a natural stone walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom offers a king-size bed adorned with mountain-modern bedding and bedside charging stations. Second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is a kiddo’s paradise with a twin over twin bunk, and a twin-over-full bunk bed, each with its own reading lamp. The guest bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi. The whole family will love the Hi Country Haus amenities building when they take advantage of the indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sun deck, communal kitchen, computer with printer and free internet, fireplace and lounge areas, children's room, and coin-operated laundry center. Rocky Mountain National Park is a scenic 45-minute drive to the Grand Lake/west entrance.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This place was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the rec center pool and hot tubs! Kids had a good area right out front of the condo to play in the snow! We had no issues during our stay.

Amazing location very comfortable apartment!

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay in this property again! Found the space comfortable for 8 adults. The beds were very comfortable, parking was easy, apartment was stocked with everything needed. Visited for the weekend with my family for skiing @ Winter Park. The place was an excellent location for this with the shuttle just out the front or a drive to the resort. Place had everything we could have asked for. Good communication with the management. Would stay here again.

Spacious second floor condo near Winter Park ski resort

Lot's of space and hooks for all your items and people. Natural light in most places, and nice deck area. Easy to park and convenient shuttle. Beds and linens were comfortable and there were t.v.'s everywhere :). Thanks for hosting us!

Lovely place and great location

We liked this place and had plenty of room. The only complaint was the neighbors next door sat outside and smoked most of the day.

Thanks for staying with us. I am sorry that the neighbors didn't uphold the HOA rules. I know the condo next door is also a rental property. We will reach out to the owner of the condo and ask them to pls remind their guests of the rules and be courteous to people around them. Not cool at all. In future, if you have any issues during your stay (incl having to contact people around you) please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Had we known, we would have called the owner of the property AND send staff out to knock on the door to the people next door - to ask them to be respectful to other people around them. I am however glad that you still liked the place and hope that you had a good time.

We loved the place, but only being able to be in the property for 18 hours without even the option of having an early check in or late check out was disappointing. We LOVED the feel of the place and the decor.

Thanks for staying with us. Unfortunately this is a very busy time of the year and with guests checking out on your check in day AND guests checking in on your check out day, it made it very hard for us to have much flexibility on check in / out times for you. Our cleaners are working REALLY hard trying to get all our properties cleaned in only 6 hrs (and they are not only at this complex = we have to add travel time between the properties as well) I am sad that you left disappointed in not having more time at the condo. Our check in / out times are listed in the description, and we were able to let you in an hour earlier as the condo was ready by 3 pm. Nevertheless, I can understand that it is hard when only booking one night and you had hoped to have more enjoyment out of your short trip. We always try to accommodate our guests (if we can), but this week (between Christmas and New Year) we are super busy with all the guests coming and going. Happy that you loved the place and that the decor. Happy New Year.
