The view out to Playa Punta Negra, literally steps away with the full Bay of Banderas behind it. Sunswept palm trees and sandy beach right at your doorstep. Just a short 9 minute drive south of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone you're not far from all the best dining, shopping, and nightlife in the state while far enough away to enjoy a traquil beach setting and stunning water!



House Rules - Additional Rules
*The Max Occupancy for this home is 4 People. Animals are forbidden in this building by the building administration.
*The building requires the full names of all guests in advance, along with an ID for the principal guest.*
*Humming Noise Notice - There is a building pump located right below the unit. It generates a light humming noise that could be heard in the unit. The pump turns off and on every 4 hours so it is not always heard. Most of our guests don't even notice it but wanted to add it to the description.
*The building is built Into the side of the hill. As such you'll notice very different view out of the two bedrooms. The apt is down 4 floors from the highway side of the building on the ground floor at the back. And in the front, beach side it’s one floor above the pool/beach.
**Smoking Prohibited** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
