The host was very communicative and the property was as described in the post. We had a great stay here! It was clean and well stocked, 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the restaurants. Check in and check out was a breeze too! Will definitely consider this place for future beach trips.

The condo was spotless and very clean when we arrived. The hospitality was outstanding, and it truly felt welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. The accommodations were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Excellent location close to the beach and restaurants. Nice to have the extra room to enjoy and relax. Private parking no fighting for a parking space. Quiet residential neighborhood. Would book again

Perfect getaway!

Great location, so close to beach and restaurants. Everything is as described. Loved that there were beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys for us to use.

Great place to chill and relax

Cute and comfortable

I took my Mom for a quick trip to celebrate 2 milestones. The owner was very friendly and responsive. I can’t say enough nice things about Vadim. I love the open floor plan and all the windows. So light and clean. Extremely quiet neighborhood so we slept great! This is the perfect amount of room for 2-4 people and I definitely want to come back.

Very nice

Only thing that I did not enjoy was the felt like I slept on brick. We only used to sleeping and showering. I just wish it no stairs for someone that needs a knee replacement think twice.

This property was perfect, clean, the decor beautiful n close to the beach.

Fantastic property, clean n beautiful ..laundry on premises n plenty of privacy. Our host was available immediately to answer questions .. we will be staying here in the future n recommending it to friends ..

Wonderful beach vacation

We stayed four days at the apartment. It was so spacious and clean. We were able to walk to the beach every day! We were away from the main hustle and bustle of clearwater beach, but was able to go into town and enjoy! Thabk you for a wonderful stay!

Nice place, great location

Short walk to the beach. Please was clean and spacious enough for 2 people or more. Wish it had a washer and dryer inside, instead of shared one downstairs. Will return next year.
