This listing is for one private side of a waterfront duplex. Your entire 2BR/1BA suite—including your entrance, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom and laundry—is completely private. Outdoor amenities, including the hot tub, dock, waterfront seating, bar, grills, kayaks, paddleboards and games, are shared with guests staying in the neighboring suite.

Welcome to Sunset Suite—a private waterfront escape designed for beach days, sunset drinks and laid-back Indian Rocks Beach living.

Sunset Suite is one private half of our waterfront duplex, sleeping up to 6 guests. Your entire indoor space is yours alone, including your private entrance, full kitchen, living and dining areas, two king bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. You will never share indoor living space with guests in the neighboring suite.

Step outside and you'll find the heart of Dolphin Bay on the Rocks: a waterfront dock, hot tub, custom bar, grills, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, games and places to relax along the Intracoastal. These outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying in the adjoining Sunrise Suite.

Spend your morning paddling the Intracoastal, walk about 5 minutes to the beach for the afternoon, then return home for cocktails by the water and a soak in the hot tub as the Florida sky changes color.

Inside, two king bedrooms make Sunset Suite especially comfortable for couples or families traveling together, while the sleeper sofa provides room for up to 6 guests.

We've stocked the property with the things we'd want on our own beach vacation—from coffee and kitchen essentials to beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and water gear.
