Home was perfect for our family gathering that included 6 adults and 5 kids aged 1 to 10. One of the best features was the large grassy backyard ideal for playing with the kids. Home is near trolley stop, which was fun and convenient to use to go to and from the beach. Host was very responsive and helpful with information and assistance with local activities. We had a great time!

Super easy and convenient parking and a really great location for the price we got! Caroline was so easy to communicate with and helped with any confusion we had with the house! House was very clean and all the amenities such as dishwasher/washer & dryer worked great and were super convenient! Really great place to go with a bigger group as there’s so many rooms and a good amount of space! Highly recommend!!

The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. One member of our family reunion group could not find a work phone after she left. Two members of the cleaning crew immediately began helping with a search for the phone which was found among the sofa cushions. Though pet-friendly for up to two dogs, the house was very clean. The hostess also offered the option of using her linens or bringing your own.

Great spot for a large group!

This was a great rental for a large group. The house has a large, peaceful back yard and deck space, tons of room for parking, and is beautifully decorated. Loved that it was also within walking distance of the boardwalk and beach.

Great house for a big family group

We spent a week here with our family, from elderly grandmother to young kids. The house was very clean and well -equipped. We appreciated the variety of gathering spaces. The location is also very convenient and host communication was great.

This home was a straight shot into the middle of downtown Bethany. Plenty of sleeping space. Great place to hang and have some downtime!

A little dated, but it's just right for large families with kids and grandkids like ours who don't need a 5 star hotel, but rather a large ,well equipped, convenient, and accommodating residence. This place met our needs very well. Owner Jeff is very responsive and friendly.

Excellent multi-family vacation house. Free shuttle in & out of town. Well stocked kitchen, lots of chairs for dining. Great big grassy back yard for kiddos to play on. Upstairs family room, so lots of space to spread out!

Great winter stay in beautiful Bethany Beach

Close to the beach and many restaurants and grocery stores ,but still good access to walking tree lined and ponds areas. Beautiful nature trails. To top it off , great hosts and very helpful Caroline and Jeff

Family Beach Vibes

The entire family came together for a week at the beach. Some from as far as Montana. The house was very accommodating and enjoyed by all. The proximity to excellent restaurants was an unexpected surprise. This property is definitely on our stay again list.

The perfect place for our large group! Plenty of space to congregate and hang out, well-stocked with thoughtful amenities, clean, comfortable, gigantic back yard, and great location close to the beach, shops, and trolley access! Very comfortable home with easy walk to Bethany Beach and also, we walked to some excellent restaurants. As weather was not great for the beach during the early part of our stay, we added a day to our stay.Parking of our 4 cars was easy as there was room in the circular driveway.
