Historic country house with 2 apartments and another, smaller apartment in the adjacent turret. Very nice, elevated position above a large valley, surrounded by an oak grove. Each apartment has a private outdoor area. The swimming pool with a large sun terrace, with fantastic views, is shared with, among others, the guests of a barn located at the entrance of the property, which sleeps 2. Good possibilities for nice walks. Medium comfort furnishings. 3 km Pianello (groceries), 6 km Valfabbrica (stores of all kinds), 19 km Assisi, 20 km Perugia, 30 km Gubbio, 45 km Lake Trasimeno. S. un magnifique séjour
La propriété est très belle et bien située par rapport à Pérouse et à un certain nombre de sites d'Ombrie. L'accueil de Mme Berellini a été excellent ! Toute la famille a par ailleurs vivement apprécié la piscine. Un séjour reposant, apaisant et réparateur en cette année si particulière !
