Il Querceto is an old farmhouse renovated in the eighties, surrounded by a park with swimming pool, a garden and a small portion of an oak and acacia forest.
Located about 10 km north-east of Perugia, it is located on the edge of the Tiber valley near the Egubina state road, a 20-minute drive from Assisi and 30 from Gubbio.
An internal parking area, a swimming pool, a bowling alley, a play area for children in the garden and a barbecue are available in the park area.

Lovely and charming place

A very charming B&B with lovely views over the hills. Very easily accessible from the highway. And a good base for visiting beautiful cities, such as Perugia and Assisi. Very nice pool and clean rooms (apartments). The hospitality of Daniele and Paula is great and makes it a very nice holiday home. Highly recommended.

Ruhiger Rückzugsraum in einer fantastischen Landschaft und reicher Kulturgeschichte

Liebevoll gepflegt, alles an Außen- Möblierung was man zum Faulenzen u nd für Großfamilien braucht, innen gut und zweckmäßig. Gute Betten. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Totalement roboratif

Accueil très chaleureux de Paola et Daniele, avec des conseils sur les lieux à voir ou les balades dans le coin. Piscine en face de la porte: que veut-on de plus? L’Ombrie (Pérouse, Assise, Spoleto, Spello,…) est une région exceptionnellement belle. Étions 3 (fils, mère et père) et avons adoré.
