Exclusive and architecturally exciting luxury house on two floors. The open first floor features a spacious dining area and the functional kitchen area. The large window sections give the feeling of being in the middle of nature. On the second floor there is a beautiful, bright living room from which you can access the balcony. Here you can enjoy the view over the slightly hilly property. There is a large trampoline on the property. From the house it is not far to the fishing lake and the Stauninger harbor, where you can meet the local fishermen.
