Luna Pacific Los Cabos (Condo Near Beach)
Welcome to this relaxing Partial Ocean View Condo located near of one Cabo's newest resorts! Located 20 minutes downtown. Here you can see the stunning coastline and magnificent dunes; it is a paradise of beauty, privacy and classy service.
The entire Condo is completely new, private and very comfortable with everything you need to be calm. Completely clean and perfect for a short stay for work, business or relaxation.
It is a very calm and incredible place where you can watch the best sunsets in Los Cabos.
Inside the Development you will see a community park where you can walk, there is a bicycle path next to the condominiums and there is also a laundry, a cafeteria, a store to buy groceries and an OXXO, all at the entrance to the complex.
I recommend that you rent a car to move easily, you have a parking space available, it is specified as M2- #302. In the photos and in the information that I will send you by WhatsApp (Guest Guide), there is the map of where the parking place is located and the location of the condo within the development.
The condo is in Building M2, in the map that I will share with you on the Guest Guide, you can see where it is located. The condo is on the 3rd floor, YOU HAVE TO CLIMB STAIRS, the door has number #302 indicated and the door on has a machine access code.
I will be available all the time, before and during your stay, just send me any message and I will communicate online. Access to the department will be done through a code that will be provided on the day of your arrival.

It is important to mention that when you arrive you will find the apartment very clean, however the $450MXN of cleaning costs that are being charged is only considering the cleaning of 1 day, in case you stayed more than 7 days in the apartment and you would like daily cleaning, please let me know by message and we can review the additional charge for the days that require cleaning.
