It is located in the exclusive Cabo Del Mar Residential area (5 min from downtown by car) and has controlled access and 24/7 security. There is also a large pool with children's games for common use. If you are looking for a good location, modern villa with great space and secure neighborhood, this is for you. Note: Please consider there is construction near the house from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday-Friday and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.
