Four-bedroom, four-bathroom, new construction built December 2019 with screened in porch and office (could be used as a fifth bedroom.) Fenced in backyard, across the street from a grassy common area, half a mile from a wooded greenway along a stream. Smaller living room upstairs perfect for multiple families or many guests. Sleeps eight comfortably although can easily fit more. Fully modern kitchen with five-burner gas stove and every amenity.
