Downtown Davidson

The location alone was enough for 5 stars! What a cute downtown area, it was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and small shops without feeling busy and loud. We enjoyed our short vacation very much!

Wonderful apartment in Davidson

This is a great 2-bedroom condo. We loved that it was walking distance to the adorable town of Davidson, and Davidson College. The property manager was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We've already booked our next stay!

Great location and property

This townhouse in Davidson was a wonderful spot for us to land while moving in our Davidson student. The place is roomy, comfortable, and clean. It is well-stocked with everything you need. It is very convenient to downtown - we could walk everywhere. We will definitely look to book this property again.

Great for Davidson College

I’ve stayed here twice and love this fantastic apartment, and the host is always helpful. It’s been perfect for visiting my student at Davidson College since the town centre area and the campus are walkable from the apartment.

College visits

Visiting with family for a college visit to Davidson. Apartment was immaculate and tastefully decorated. So many amenities were available to us including coffee, laundry supplies and family games. The location was superb and we could walk to the college and all the restaurants in downtown Davidson. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area!!

Great rental

This was our first experience with a vacation rental. We enjoyed it & would choose this location again. We were visiting our son & family who live in Huntersville. Our granddaughter was celebrating her high school graduation with a party. We didn’t get to explore Davidson as much as we wanted because of the hot temperatures. But look forward to visiting again. Great place.
