Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks FAMILY Home in a quiet cove at MM44.5

Ohana Hideaway is located in a quiet cove just off of the the Osage Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks at the 44.5MM. Ohaha is Hawaiian for family. We would love to host your family for your next Ozarks vacation! Ohana Hideaway offers all of the comforts and conveniences your family would want in a vacation retreat.

Ohana Hideaway has upgraded finishes throughout the home. This is a two level home with views of the lake from both levels. The main entry level includes the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, master suite, and covered deck. The highlights of the living room include exposed wood beams, a stone fireplace, and a wall of windows with fantastic views of the lake and amazing sunsets! There is a flat screen tv with cable service and blue ray player. The home is equipped with fiber WiFi that boasts speeds of up to 1000mbs. The gourmet kitchen includes granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, under counter beverage refrigerator, and under counter ice maker (this really comes in handy when filling coolers to take to the dock). The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the small appliances, cookware, utensils, and serving items you will need. The center island will seat 2-3 and the dining table will seat 8 comfortably. A high chair and booster seat are available for our smaller guests dining pleasure. The master suite has a door directly onto the deck with views to the dock and lake. The master bath has double vanities with granite tops, a jetted tub, toilet room with heated and lit toilet seat, and a walk-in closet.

The lower level of Ohana Hideaway features three bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom off the family room, and a laundry room. The family room has a free standing bar with an under counter refrigerator. A flat screen TV with cable and blu-ray are also in the family room. This would be a great place for the kiddos gaming system to be hooked up. Of the three lower level bedrooms, BR1 has a California King bed and en suite bathroom. BR2 has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle bed under the full. BR3 has a queen bed. A pack-n-play is also available to be placed in any room.

The lower level walks out onto a covered concrete patio with propane grill and seating area. A second concrete patio with rocker also overlooks the water.

Ohana Hideaway offers plenty of parking for you and your family. The driveway can hold four cars and the gravel in front of the home can park another car as well as a boat trailer. The garage is not accessible to our guests.

The highlight of Ohana Hideaway has to be the dock. The dock is huge! Bring your boat or rent one at a local marina. There is plenty of room to secure your boat to the side of the dock. There is also a jet ski well for your use. This is a very quiet, no-wake cove, so there is great swimming off of the dock. The swim dock area features easy to use water steps, a high dive platform, and chaise lounge chairs. For those that want to be a part of the action but prefer the shade, there is a table and chairs on the dock as well. Various water toys are also available for your family fun. A paddleboat and two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment.
