Sunset Cove Retreat is located in a small cove just off the Osage Arm of Lake of the Ozarks between 44 and 45 MM. Come and relax at Sunset Cove Retreat providing all the comforts and conveniences for your vacation retreat.

Sunset Cove Retreat is designed with lake views from two levels. The main level features open floor plan includes living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and master suite. Living Room provides great views of lake during the day and beautiful sunsets in the early evening from wall to wall windows, enjoy the stone fireplace after dinner with a glass of your favorite beverage or watch your favorite program on the 50" UHD smart tv with 120 channel HD fiber optic satellite programming entertainment center and Blueray player. The gourmet kitchen has top line stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and center island providing additional seating for four. Dining Room is centered between living area and gourmet kitchen where all can enjoy and participate during inside activities. Master suite has private entrance from the balcony/patio area and great views of the cove and lake with beautiful sunsets. Master suite bath has granite double counter top, a large whirlpool tub to relax, soak, and enjoy bubblies while taking in the great views of cove, lake, and fantastic sunsets after busy day of activities.

Lower level features three bedrooms, a central entertainment area with 42' flat screen HD Plasma TV, Blueray player, PlayStation2 console and games, HD 120 channel fiber optic satellite system to enjoy game days and beverage bar. Three roomy bedrooms, BR 1 with 2 Queen beds and private full bath, BR 2 with Queen bed, and room for Pack n Play, this bedroom overlooks patio area, grassy backyard, gentle slope pebble beach, and cove. BR 3 roomy with two Full beds, and has a nice view of cove.

Newly installed Fiber Optic / High Speed / Wireless internet is provided for your personal or business use. Free unlimited local and long distance phone service and satellite tv is also available to you with this service.

SUNSET COVE RETREAT has a two car garage and additional off street parking for car/boat/trailer.

Enjoy the SUNSET COVE RETREAT's private dock with easy access on cove with a gentle slope pebble beach approximately 20 feet from grassy lawn, gently sloped, no steps. The pebble beach is great for the wee ones as well as the adults to go wading or sitting in the beach chair at water edge. Newer dock with swim/sun platform awaits you for a dip in the lake, sunning, or for those who prefer the shade area, SCR dock has it all as well as two boat wells (Boat well one 12’x20’; ready and easy access for your boat or pwcs - Guest usage: Boat well two 12’ x 32’ is not available for Guest usage.)

Patios and balcony are interconnecting and provide great outdoor areas to lounge, BBQ, eat, play games, or just take a favorite drink and relax, watch the lake activities and beautiful sunsets.

Relaxing

Our family had a nice relaxing time. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock, swimming, and fishing. We were there over the 4th of July and the fireworks the neighbors had were wonderful!

Great Lake House

We enjoyed the dock with a table, my grandchildren loved the high swim platform and we all enjoyed the kayaks, The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for the ten of us. We had a fantastic stay!

Awesome time

Absolutely loved this house so much space, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable for our family! Loved the dock and beach, so convenient to play, keep our boat and entertain everyone! The owner was so helpful, even called to give us suggestions on a rainy day! We can’t wait for the next visit!

AWESOME STAY!!!

We had an awesome stay. Everything was perfect and everyone had a ton of fun. The house is little ways from say things in Osage Beach and other areas but is a great get away. The best thing about the house is its right on the water with a nice beach area for children to play.

Our family enjoyed our 2nd stay at this beautiful home. Clean, comfortable beds, fully furnished and great view. Tony was easy to work with and went out of his way to be helpful in references to local hang outs, restaurants, and any other questions I had. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Wonderful, Clean Property

The house has a great layout and was packed with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to infant items like crib/high chair/pack n play. The location is great on the water and beautiful sunsets to the left of the porch. The house was clean and had plenty of space for 2 families.

Love this property!!

Myself and 11 friends rented this house for a girls weekend. . We absolutely loved the house and the location. Tony was so easy and helpful to work with. The house has everything you need, and being in the cove was great for kayaking and floating on the lilypad. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it. Thanks again Tony we had the best vacation in your beautiful home.

Amazing Stay!!!

My family and I loved everything about this house!! The house itself is huge and has multiple different areas for visiting and hanging out and watching TV!! My children's, ages 12, 9, and 7 would have spent the entire trip on the dock and jumping in and out of the water if we would have let them!!! The kids loved the kayaks and the Lily pad!! Tons of outdoor chairs and tables for sitting and enjoying the Missouri sunshine!!! 100% recommend this for a family trip!!!

We enjoyed our long weekend getaway to the lake, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, the house was just perfect for my family, the view of the lake from the nice big windows in the living room I miss already. My family really enjoyed swimming off the dock and using the kayaks and the fishing off the dock they caught some nice fish. Tony was great with communication answered all my questions in a timely manner. The check-in process was flawless, the kitchen was perfect for our size family the nice size table was great for family game nights, oh and 1st floor king size bedroom with walkout access to the deck with huge bathroom was perfect for my husband and I. We already booked for next summer on our 2nd day we were there that’s how much we enjoyed it!! The sunsets were amazing.

Beautiful Lake Home!

This is the perfect lake house! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need (great bedding, towels and well-stocked kitchen). It has a great dock with nice dock furniture and there are no steps down to the dock. Tony was great to deal with. He provided all information in advance and even called after arrival to check and make sure we had everything we needed. Great service! I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect!!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was an amazing property with so many extras and personal touches. The kayaks, Traeger grill, and lily pad were so nice to have. The swim area was perfect for everyone in our group. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. They called early on check-in day to let us know that we could get in earlier than 4 if we wanted. They recommended a place to rent jet skis and a boat that was easy to get to and very helpful. The property is exactly as listed and met every expectation we had. Thank you for a memorable trip with our family!

Great space for family vacay

Great location on a quiet cove with very little boat traffic. Beach area was great for getting kayaks in and out of the water and for lots of fishing. House was beautiful with lots of space to spread out. Adults loved having a living area and sending kids to the downstairs living area. Communication with owners was great and they answered any questions we had. Great space to gather family for lots of togetherness and water fun!

Beautiful home with open floor plan and well stocked kitchen. It was great to have little things like the labeled light switches and the extra storage in the garage. The kids & adults enjoyed the awesome dock along with the lily pad and kayaks. Tony was great to work with.

Fantastic Family Getaway

What a great week! We are a busy family and when we vacation we like it to be relaxing and stress free and this week was all of those things. The home was beautiful and had all we needed. Tony gave us a great recommendation for renting a boat for the week and the kids never wanted to leave the dock between the lillypad, jump platform and kayaks -they went to be bed exhausted every night. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Outstanding Lake Home!

From start to finish owners were on top of everything. Wonderful home on the lake. Very quiet cove with beautiful sunsets. We are a family of 8…a senior down to a 2 year old. The dock, kayaks and swim Lilly pad made for fun days at the lake. We will be back! Thanks Tony for the restaurant suggestions. The kids loved Coconuts!

This place is AMAZING! We are already making plans to come back. We stayed Monday thur Saturday and you would have thought we were the only ones there. It was so relaxing. All was provided for us. Any questions were quickly answered by a quick phone call. Grandparents had the first floor master and the kids and grandkids had the lowered three bedrooms . Worked out great! Can’t say enough about the hospitality of the owners !

2nd Stay Here and We'll Be Back Again

This home is so amazing! I don't know any other property at the Ozarks that has a walk-in to the lake. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will be back again. The home is extremely spacious and clean. The outdoor area is also so great with a really nice flat yard and spacious dock. Our kids had a blast fishing from the dock, kayaking, SUP'ing, swimming, etc... This house is in a quiet cove and we rented a boat for pulling a tube from Pirate's Point, which was also great. Tony & Janet were very good with communication and we really appreciate their care for their home. It is as clean and beautiful as it was when we stayed a few years ago. We loved this lake vacation!

The perfect large family vacation home

We had the perfect week at this house. The location is great, such a quiet and nice neighborhood. The owner was so easy to communicate with - he even went out of his way to call and let us know we could get in early which i thought was so accommodating and kind. We spent our whole time at the dock, the most beautiful sunsets and incredibly nice furniture. We all loved it from ages 3-67… We are already picking our weekend for next year because we ALL want to come back to this house.

Wonderful stay! Second time staying and just as good if not better than the first!

Everything about the home is excellent! The house is kept clean and welcoming, the dock is perfect, and it offers plenty of amenities. We love the location, quiet side of the lake but not too far from bars, restaurants, or anything else you'd like to visit whether by car or boat. The cove is really nice and calm. We enjoyed swimming off the dock during the day and relaxing in the evening down by the quiet water. Tony is an excellent host and quick to respond with very helpful information. This is our second stay at the property and will definitely be returning again in the future. Can't say enough good things.

The Perfect Family Location

If your looking for a great home in a great location, this is it. We brought our family of 10 consisting of 4 couples and two young children. Lots of room to spread out. The kids loved the pebble beach and the kayaks, and Lilly Pad. The dock was perfect for our rental pontoon and has a large table with chairs including chaise lounges. We loved the Traeger pellet grill/smoker. Tony was quick to respond to any questions we had. Can’t wait until next time!

The water activities at the lake, and all of the other area activities and attractions, offer something for everyone. Our experiences at the lake are some of the most relaxed and enjoyable times we spend together as a family. We look forward to our time at the lake as much as anything we do all year.

We have rented lake homes at several locations the past few years. This area of the lake had everything that we wanted and more; great location, quiet and relaxing, and easy access to all the many activities, shopping and restuarants the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the quiet cove for swimming off the dock, or wading in the water off the private pebble beach. You can relaxe on the patio or deck while enjoying the view of the lake or a great sunset. Inside, the home is comfortably arranged for a variety of vacation time enjoyment.
