This cozy, updated Alpine condo at the Prospector in Park City is the perfect place for a small group of up to 4 people. 3 ski resorts only 5 minutes away. Main St is only 1.5 miles away. FREE bus takes you to ski resorts/shopping/dining. Hot tub open all year round & pool open in summer. Gym next-door; and restaurants within walking distance. Historic Rail Trail located behind property. 2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4), 1 Bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 50'' HDTV, DVD, tile floors, gas fireplace, patio. Also FREE wifi, Direct TV, and parking pass! We want our studio to feel like your home away from home & to help you have a wonderful experience.

Great location & accommodations!

This property was perfect for our two day stay. The kitchen had everything we needed (dishes, utensils, even cooking needs). It's decorated beautifully & the set up isn't crowded even with two queen beds. Highly recommend this property & would stay again.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We had a great stay in Alex's place. Apartment was clean and cozy. Free bus stop was right in front of the lobby 2 min walk from the apartment. Restaurants and coffe shop were a few minutes walk too. We loved the hot tub too. Kitchen, had everything we needed and was fully stocked. Alex is a great host and responded within minutes when i reached out. It was convenient to have a receptionist in the lobby as we checked out and were able to leave our bags there. Overall we had a great stay and will return.

Budget-friendly location

The location is perfect with only a few steps to the bus stop, as parking at the ski resort requires reservations and costs 28 a day if the car has less than four people in it; parking is free with no reservations after 1pm.The room is a short distance to the hot tub, which was perfect after a long day of skiing, but they keep it pretty hot, so after 20 minutes of soaking, we were cooked.A few things could have been provided to make this location more convenient like a kitchen spatula, more garbage bags, more washcloths, brighter bulbs above the vanity, and a light above the table, as the room is pretty dark. The fireplace added nice ambience and warmed up the room quickly.The one thing we appreciated was that the room faces the street, whereas the other rooms in the complex faced each other, so you wouldn't have any privacy if your curtains were open.A few bathroom issues included pink scum on the bottom half of the plastic shower liner, stains on the cloth shower curtain, and black mold underneath the toilet bowl rim.The other bonus for staying here is that it's on the first floor, so you don't have to climb a bunch of steps to get to your room with your ski boots on.

We've taken your feedback to heart and have since restocked our kitchen essentials, including a spatula, and added more garbage bags and washcloths. We've also upgraded the lighting in the vanity area. On the bathroom front, we apologize for the issues and replaced the discolored shower liner/curtain. We take extra pride in extra cleaning of the toilet bowl and bathroom after every stay, which may explain why some enamel had peeled off of you look underneath the bowl rim. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate your input! Thanks again for choosing our ski condo, and we hope to welcome you back soon!
