Located on two levels, on the first floor you'll find > Entrance with small laundry area (washing machine) > Living room with corner sofa for 4 and 84cm HD TV. > Dining area for 6 people > Open-plan kitchen with a wide range of equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, etc.) and counter space for socializing. > Terrace with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc range (dining area, deckchairs, outdoor furniture, skiroom) > Bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet)
Upstairs is the sleeping area with two bedrooms (queen-size bed), each with its own workspace and unforgettable views. A toilet completes this floor.

Chamonix's Pélerins district is known as a quiet residential area close to the center. It is much sought-after by regular visitors.
