everything was Ok Lets face its not the Hilton but was OK the only thing that was not very good TV service and hookup was less than desirable !

Hi Bill, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the new Roku Smart TV at Unity Lodge. This Smart TV does not require a cable or coaxial connection from the wall. It only needs to be plugged into the wall and connected to the Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can choose and add apps or networks. We have personally loaded the free apps that we were familiar with. Fran, our help, left a folder in your room, which contained her direct phone number and name. It stated that for on-site assistance, you could contact her. She would have been more than happy to assist you with the TV setup. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Best regards, Unity Lodge
