Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick & easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the "buzz" and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable!

The space
Very unique because of it’s proximity to the beach and the heart of Siesta Key Village

Guest access
Access through a locked gate and up a set of stairs. There is also partial access to an elevator that is used primarily for the cool store downstairs but can be accessed if absolutely necessary. Amazing people watching from the very private and cool balcony

Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one space for parking.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
- Towels may not be hung over the balcony railing at any time.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

I loved this property! It was so close to everything in siesta key. Walk right outside to a coffee shop or restaurant or bar or shops. There's a grocery store, literally a block away. The beach is just a couple of blocks away. they had beach chairs and umbrella. In case you wanted to useThey had beach chairs and umbrella. In case you want to use. It was super clean. If you go out on your balcony, you can people watch folks going up and down the strip or listen to the band playing right next door. But when you close the door you cannot hear the band inside at all . It felt way bigger than it looked in the pictures. My friend stayed at the unit right next door which is super nice too. But just at as bright & big as mine! There is a thirty unit that we did not see. This place was literally perfect. I will definitely visit again! (Advice: Siesta sunsets are absolutely amazing on the beach. BUT Wear cicada oil if you go on beach at sunset)

Would been higher rating but the bed was Horrible! There was a book there that was for guests comments and found that there has been comments about the bed from two years till recent. There was just two glasses to drink from and couldn't offer family that stoped by a beverage. And the pillows on the bed were stained.

Great apartment in a great location!

The property was wonderful in a great location. Very nice interior and comfortable bed. Centrally located to everything and we couldn't even hear the music from the bars downstairs. Would stay here again.

Great place/Great location

This place exceeded our expectations. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and is minutes away from everything you need, i.e. restaurants, market, etc. The outdoor fan sparked when we turned it on and tripped the breaker, but it was probably a result of wind damage causing the wires to short. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Terrific spot in Siesta Key

We had a wonderful experience at this VRBO in the heart of the cute Siesta Key Village full of shops and restaurants.The host was so easy to work with and the place is clean and well appointed. The balcony overlooks the bustling street which made for fun morning coffee and evening happy hours. I recommend it!

Prime location

Great place, suited our needs just fine. Great location, no need for a car. If you want a ride just hop on the Frog Hop shuttle. Great response time from host. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

A nice short vacation

The property was as advertised, very clean and well furnished. The location was perfect and the assigned private parking space was excellent. The host was very attentive to our needs. The only downside was ROKU tv. We had a wonderful stay.

Convenient and fun spot!

This was place perfect for us! Really convenient to all the bars, restaurants and the beach. Also, two locked doors to get to our room which was nice. The live music and DJ on both sides goes late on the weekend, so if you are wanting a quiet place this isn’t it. But an awesome place to people watch all day long.
