This beautiful, comfortable villa is located in the village of Zaton, just 50 metres from the lovely beach. If you value your privacy and want to spend your holiday in peace and sunshine, surrounded by lush greenery, then this villa is the right choice for you.

The villa has 270 m², 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 half-baths. The ground floor features two living rooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, and a large terrace. On the ground floor are six double bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with 180x200 beds, two others with 160x200 beds, and two with 120x200 cm beds. On the top floor is a large rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, and you can use Wi-Fi and satellite TV free of charge.
The centrepiece of the garden is a pool with lounge chairs, where you can truly relax.

The nearest beach is just 50 m away, and the nearest store and restaurant are 2 km away.

The villa is located near the tourist town of Nin, known for its historic sights, and the city of Zadar, which was named the best European travel destination in 2016. There you’ll find the famous Sea Organ, beautiful churches, excellent restaurants, and shops.

Perfekter Urlaub

Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Kroatien. Das Haus war für unsere Gruppe von 9 Personen perfekt gebaut und durch die abgelegene Lage war es sehr ruhig. Der Stand ist sehr nah jedoch muss man zum Sandstrand etwas weiter laufen (25min zu Fuß) Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.
