Gite de Campagne Rénové sur une Propriété de 17 Hectares

Gîte of 80 m2, ideal for spending good times in peace and quiet in the Quercy Blanc. Two beautiful bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a large outdoor space, will allow you to fully enjoy the countryside.
Camille and I live in the terraced house on a 17-hectare plot of land (7 hectares of woods and 10 hectares of agricultural land) where you will be able to meet chickens and a cat and occasionally deer.
Located in Cahors and Montauban 15 minutes from the A20 motorway, which allows you to have access to the Lot as well as the Tarn-et-Garonne and all the very beautiful little villages of these two regions. 3 km from the beautiful village of Castelnau-Montratier with its restaurants, market and outdoor swimming pool open in summer.

Super accueil !!!Pascal a été au petit soin avec nous. Il nous a bien renseigné sur sa region.Malgré la canicule(40) la maison était fraîche (pas besoin de clim) et litterie trés confortable, et l'endroit super calme. Merci Pascal pour les fruits et ce séjour. Nous esperons revenir l'année prochaine.
