The newly built vacation house with pool is located in Valtura, a place about 10 kilometers from Pula. The house is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen, living area with dining room, two bedrooms and the bathroom and toilet. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, another bathroom and the covered terrace. On hot summer days, the wonderful outdoor pool invites you to refresh yourself, and the children can play undisturbed on the swing and slide. The location of the house is ideal for all guests who want to make a trip to Pula, with numerous monuments, cultural and entertainment. You can also easily reach the beautiful beaches of Sisan and the surrounding area, as well as the many traditional inland towns. We recommend a visit to the excavation site of Istria's oldest town Nesakcium. The picturesque nature also invites you to go hiking and cycling.

Great villa for a family holiday. Literally 5 minutes from the airport and Pula also very close. Goran and Suzie were very welcoming and met us to hand over the keys and explain things. If there had been a restaurant within walking distance it would have been perfect!

Great stay in Croatia

We had a wonderful family holiday in this lovely villa. Four very good sized air conditioned bedrooms and more than adequate living space (we had a 19yo and two 17yo's and had plenty of room), great pool and everything you need. Valtura was perfectly positioned for us, close to the airport and also Pula. Larger supermarkets about 15-20 minutes away either towards Pula or Medulin, but a smaller market in Valtura had most of the essentials. Visits to Pula are a must, but Medulin and Fazana were also great - definitely worth a boat trip from Fazana to Brujuni Island. We needed another week to explore the area further, didn't even get up to Rovinj. Will just have to go again....!
