This is Mediterranean, modern, stylish and fully equipped villa completely transformed from an old Istrian stable. The villa is located near city center but still far enough that its surroundings gives you the taste of Istrian village lifestyle. Closest beach is less then 10 min. driving..

Our vacation was fantastic. We received a warm welcome (we agreed on a time via WhatsApp during arrival). The essentials were explained quickly. The deposit and dog fee were paid in cash. The amenities were perfect for the four of us: two bedrooms with private bathrooms/toilets or shower/toilets plus a guest bathroom. Modern furnishings and very comfortable. The dishwasher and washing machine made daily routines easier. Wi-Fi worked well, but the transfer speed felt limited. The outside is equally beautifully designed with a privacy screen, a hedge by the pool, an olive tree, etc. The small courtyard with herbs (also accessible from bedroom 1) and the roof terrace (accessible from bedroom 2) offer peace and privacy. The pool is a good size, and the evening lighting is fantastic. We enjoyed it every day after snorkeling or at Dog Beach. The entrance to the vacation home is illuminated at night. The car can be parked inside behind the gate. The proximity to the forest near the Valdebek bus stop was very convenient for the dog: a good distance away, and the dog poop bags can be disposed of at the Müllheimer. Vina Benazic is highly recommended: within walking distance, good wines, and a pleasant atmosphere. ...Since we wanted to leave very early, the return was easy the day before. This meant we left early and only had brief traffic jams. Unfortunately, the vacation was over too quickly. We would staid another week, which speaks volumes about the wonderful accommodations

Traumurlaub in Pula – Perfekte Unterkunft mit Pool

Wir könnten nicht zufriedener sein! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und das Haus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, und der Pool war einfach traumhaft – genau das, was wir uns für unseren Urlaub erhofft hatten. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets freundlich und unkompliziert, und alle unsere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist toll, mittlerweile natürlich 7 Jahre alt, entsprechende Gebrauchsspuren für uns aber vernachlässigbar. Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, alles war sauber, alles da was wir brauchten; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Garten fielen Nachts die Schnecken ein, das wird im Sommer wahrscheinlich anders sein und ist halt Natur. War für uns trotz Koordinateneingaben erst schwer zu finden, sind mehrere kleine Einbahnstraßen. Man braucht das Auto für den Strand und in die Stadt, in der Nähe ist ein kleines Geschäft und eine Gaststätte, in der man landestypisch ohne viel Trubel essen kann.

Ein Traum von einem Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit der Familie für zehn Tage in diesem Ferienhaus zu Gast. Was soll ich sagen, es lies keine Wünsche offen! Der Check-In lief vollkommen problemlos und unkompliziert ab. Bei auftauchenden Fragen konnte ich mich jederzeit an die Vermieterin wenden und bekam unverzüglich Rückmeldung. Das Haus an sich bietet alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Von der Ausstattung der Küche über kleine Aufmerksamkeiten bis hin zum wunderschönen (mit Filteranlage ausgestattetem) Pool. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, jedoch ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit an den verschiedensten Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc.... Alles in allem eine Spitzenunterkunft! Unsere Kinder und wir konnten den Urlaub so in vollen Zügen genießen. Klare Empfehlung!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus einen tollen Urlaub. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Das Mitbringen unserer Katze war auch kein Problem. Der Check-in und unser ganzer Aufenthalt verlief unkompliziert und problemlos. Wir können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Perfekt für eine Famile, selbst wenn etwas noch fehlt - Babybett - wird es direkt- selben Abend - neu gekauft. Teuer, aber sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, weil einfach alles da ist und alles funktioniert, bis zur Poolbeleuchtung und den Wasserdüsen 😃Hvala!

Even better than the photos

We had a brilliant time at the villa and couldn’t recommend it more. Booking and checking in was really easy and everyone was helpful and lovely. The house itself was beautiful, the private pool was much bigger than it looked in the photos too. The area was quiet and relaxed but close enough to Pula that you didn’t feel out of the loop.

Schöne Auszeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleinere Defekte (Bett im O.G., Haartrockner) störten uns nicht, da wir ja in das andere Schlafzimmer ausweichen konnten. Diese wurden von Martina aufgenommen und sollen instand gesetzt werden. Das Haus war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Es ist schön ruhig gelegen. Zur Info: der Trockner in der Beschreibung ist nur ein Wäscheständer, es ist kein elektrischer Wäschetrockner vorhanden. Falls dies für wen ein wichtiges Ausstattungsmerkmal sein sollte.

Schickes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne und entspannte Woche in diesem toll eingerichteten Haus. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Kinder hatten großen Spaß am Pool! Der Garten ist sehr viel schöner als auf den Fotos, da die Pflanzen mittlerweile gewachsen sind. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal für diejenigen, die es etwas ruhiger mögen, aber trotzdem nah an der Stadt sein möchten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Wunderschöne Villa, liebevoll eingerichtet! Mit dem Taxi oder Auto ist man schnell in der Stadt, hat aber am Haus seine Ruhe. Nach ruhigen Stränden muss man aber suchen.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Pula in der Villa Beti sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus entspricht eins zu eins der Beschreibung! Einziger Minuspunkt ist der teilweise etwas ungepflegte Garten - hier könnte man definitiv noch mehr rausholen. Sonst absolut top, sehr empfehlenswert. Auch die Lage ist genial. Ruhig gelegen, dennoch kann man alles kurzerhand mit dem Auto erreichen - Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsläden.

Tolles Haus

Tolles Haus mit großem Pool. Privatsphäre dank kompletter Umzäunung. Perfekt mit Hund. Einzig ein kleines Vordach wäre bei Regen fein um sich dennoch im Freien aufhalten zu können.
