Perched on the 16th floor, this beautiful retreat offers sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf, filling the space with natural light and a warm, coastal ambiance from the moment you arrive.

The open living and dining areas are designed to highlight the incredible gulf views, making it easy to relax, dine, and spend time together while taking in the scenery. Step outside onto the private balcony to feel the salty breeze and watch the waves roll in—an experience that perfectly captures the magic of Pensacola Beach.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, private balcony access and a full en suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat where you can wake up to the sound of the surf. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering two twin-over-full bunk beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom features another king bed for added comfort. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Altogether, Emerald Isle #1608 comfortably accommodates up to ten guests.

Beyond the condo itself, Emerald Isle offers incredible resort-style amenities. Guests can enjoy two gulf-front swimming pools, a relaxing hot tub and a fitness center for those who like to stay active while on vacation. We love the views from the 16th floor! Got to watch the Blue Angels fly by at eye level! Only complaint was the rotting floor by the dining room window. Hope they fix this soon.

We enjoyed all of our stay. The only issue was the gym. Only has equipment, no space, and no dumbbells. This would prevent me from booking at this property in the future if my current program needed dumbbells

The condo was very attractive and well appointed. The master bathroom could do with an upgrade. Best thing though was the amazing view being situated on the western corner which afforded a nightly dramatic sunset over the bay.

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle 1608! This corner unit has an unbeatable view! The unit was very clean and very spacious. Also, thank you to the property managers for getting us all the necessary codes to access the property. We had no issues with check in or check out.

Family Vacation

Our group was 6 adults and 2 children in a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Although it sleeps 8, it was a tight fit but we made it work and everyone had a fun time. The unit was clean and had great views. This was our second time at this facility and we have been very happy with how seamless everything has been both times. I'm sure we will be back in the future.

Pensacola Homecoming Trip

The condo unit itself was the nicest we have ever rented, everything about it was wonderful. Spacious, well decorated, clean, fantastic view, privacy. The Emerald Isle building was impeccably clean and well maintained. Not as thrilled about Southern Vacation Rentals, the property manager, they seemed more concerned about looking for ways to charge us more, less concerned about our vacation.

Great stay!!

Both toilets need their inner mechanisms replaced. They are very annoying and won’t flush without lifting the back lid and fixing the red rubber thing.

Very relaxing

The property is as gorgeous and cozy as it appears and was quite clean other than water bottles and socks beneath the bed. Just be sure to bring all of your toiletries. Other wise the condo was more than well stocked and comfortable. I would’ve given 5stars if we had t waited 15 mins for the elevator due to one of the two being out of service. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great. The parking registration was a pain in the tail. Also the policy of only 2 cars when parking lot isn't full is ridiculous. I didn't reach out to the owner because I didn't see that information. I'm sure they would have answered and help had I been able to find the information. Beautiful place.
