Parrot-dise Perch, 3BD, Heart of Manuel Antonio

Right in the heart of Manuel Antonio, located perfectly between Manuel Antonio National Park /Beach and the town of Quepos / Marina Pez Vela. We are just far enough off the main road so you won't hear it. Macaws, Tucans, Monkeys, Sloths and Iguanas come right through the property and we have 10 different fruit trees for our guests to enjoy!

House has two floors, this is for the top floor with 3 bedrooms. This rental has own garage/balcony/entrance and only shares the pool with the other floor.

We enjoyed our stay! House is modern and nice. We did not use services of housekeeper because we only stayed two nights but she was available to us. She can do your laundry but I asked for access to do it myself and was able to. Pool was great. Road is rough to house and driveway is paved and steep, but manageable to get up.

Perfect family vacation spot

We loved our stay here in Manuel Antonio. The house fit our family of 6 perfect, and had everything we needed. Yosue checked in with us daily and helped make reservations, and arranged house cleaning and laundry. It was everything we needed to enjoy a lovely week! Thank you!

Manuel Antonio stay

We had a great day. The host was very responsive and gave us good recommendations and also allowed us to drop off our luggage early. Helped coordinate some taxis for us. Also helped facilitate getting some laundry done. Beautiful property and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Hideaway in the Jungle

Beautiful, modern fully appointed top floor unit tucked away in the jungle. Lots of wildlife. Our host was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

We loved the house and the ability to hire a private chef. The hill can be hard for some vehicles so make sure you have a good 4x4

Beautiful home

Home is beautiful - with full wrap around balconies overlooking the surrounding valley. Home is well appointed, and very large. For anyone unaccustomed to CR roads, the road to the home is a unpaved single lane with steep grades and potholes. This is normal in CR, but might be intimidating to navigate for an American driver in a sedan.

So sorry, there is about 50 meters of paved road that is inclined, and there is 500 meters of gravel road to get to the house. All of our concierge staff and cleaning crew all have small toyota cars, so it is possible, as we go daily, but sometimes when it rains alot the gravel road gets bumpy.

Quiet getaway

The house was beautiful. We never recieved our check-in instruction but got in 30 minutes later. In the morning, we had no water. The maintenence had left the water running to pool. We turned it off and then our water worked fine. Overall we had a great stay and these little inconveniences did not ruin our stay. I would still HIGHLY recommend.

Great family stay in Manuel Antonio

We stayed here in Manuel Antonio after Christmas and through New Years. That's an extremely busy time in Manuel Antonio, and we found it hard to find accommodations we were interested in, but this flat worked very well. It's the top floor, and there is another floor below. Having three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, worked very well for our family. The TV room was great for relaxing and watching movies (we brought a Roku streaming stick that worked well with the TV there). We also liked having a kitchen so we could cook when we wanted (the kitchen was pretty well stocked for basics but not extensively). The AC and ceiling fans worked great. The pool was a great plus, too. A couple of downsides - the road to get to the house is a rough dirt road, but our rental car handled it fine. And the driveway was quite steep, but again our rental car handled it fine. Also, during our stay there was a really bad odor in one of the bathrooms - maybe a small animal died in a pipe? It never got fully resolved, but we could live with it because there were two other bathrooms. But overall our stay was very good. And given the other options, at this very busy time, this was a very good place for our family. We had a great time. Lastly, Andres the onsite property manager was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for everything from rental car companies to grocery stores to ziplining tours.

Jordan was very helpful with recommendations of where to eat. The housekeeper did an amazing job of having the house clean each day. We weren't expecting that, so that was one of the many nice amenities of the house. We'd definitely book again.

Beautiful home overlooking the rain forest. The finishes are very high end. Management is right there to make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Housekeeping did our laundry for free, which was a blessing. Normally it is $8 a load. We needed Covid tests in order to return back to the U.S. We didn’t have to take our time finding a clinic they came straight to the unit for $70 per person. We had our morning coffee on the balcony where we could see macaws, iguana, and other beautiful birds. The attention to detail is exquisite.

Why they chose this property

This property is awesome for the amount of birds it has, and the lack of noise. We are close enough to the main road to get to the beaches in 5 minutes, but far enough away that we can't hear the road noise. Lots of Macaws and Monkeys around. This house is very large as well, with awesome balconies, a huge pool area, BBQ pit, full kitchen, comfortable couch and high speed internet with whole house coverage (Netgear Mesh System). We are right in the middle of the Manuel Antonio area as well, and 5 minutes from the Marina and the beach. Perfect Location!
