Everything was as outlined as the ad stated. Having the pool was a nice down time option. The pool & spa were not as warm as we would have expected. The spa would not heat above 82 so we did not use that but with the warm summer weather made jumping in the pool and using the slide really fun for the kids. Close to Disneyland which made the trip to and from quick especially with tired little ones. Overall we would book to stay here again. Thank you for the positive experience.

Our Disney trip was ruined by a broken sewer line on the 2nd day of our trip. The repairs took several days between repairing the homeowners side of the sewer line and the city main. Our water was turned off while they made repairs. They did find us another home to go to but it was not within walking distance to Disney and was old and dirty. We had to taker Ubers to get our stuff to the new house, back and forth to the park and back to the old house once we were cleared to return. We were told by the host that the sewer line in the street was not repaired but feel free to use the water anyways and it would go to the sink hole in the middle of the road. I was told the city was not sure when they would be able to come back and make repairs. The next morning the city knocked on our door and shut the water off again to make repairs on their end. We were affected for 4 days of our trip and spent several hundred dollars in Uber and food costs in the park because we couldn’t return back to the house and use water. In the end we were offered less than the cost of 1 night’s stay for our inconvenience not being able to be at the house and actual cost for Uber rides and food in the park. We ended up throwing out a lot of our groceries we had delivered to the house since we were not at the house to eat meals. When the host asked if we thought the reimbursement was fair and we disagreed, she stopped responding at all. That was over a week ago. I would not book with Funtierland properties.

Silverware was dirty upon arrival, and batteries were dead in one remote. I appreciated the quick response of property manager. Full bed wasn’t comfortable and pillows were old and lumpy. Proximity of house and amenities were great. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this place.

This home was perfect for my immediate and extended family. The checkin and checkout process was super smooth. The property management was helpful and responsive to questions on the spot, prior to and during our stay. We visited Anaheim for the Disney parks of course. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the greatest as it rained quite a bit on the days we planned to go to Disney. Because this home was so close, we were able to come back quickly and even though it was raining, the kids were able to enjoy some fun in the heated pool and hot tub. The outdoor space was awesome! We would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy more time outside.
