Conference Trip

Stayed here for a business conference nearby in the Gulch. Great spot. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get in and out into the Gulch without all the noise. Close to 12th Street South shops and restaurants as well. Manager was highly responsive and place was very clean.

Rooftop relaxation

Convenient location but difficult to find night one in the dark. Plenty of space. If you don’t like steps this is not the place for you. We enjoyed the rooftop every evening. Easy walk to the gulch.

Bachelorette party

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and the property was perfect for our weekend! Felt very safe and the host was fabulous at communicating. Beautiful home and plenty of space for our group. Perfect for bachelorette party

This was the perfect home to host an 8 person bachelorette party. The location was in the middle of everything Nashville making for easy transportation, we always felt safe, and the property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond. There are lots of stairs, so be ready to haul your luggage. Over all, great experience and highly recommend staying here. Only complaint I have is that there is no floor length mirror.

Nashville ladies get away

Spacious & comfortable space for our large group. Very comfortable beds, enjoyed the rooftop space. Clean bathrooms & kitchen & other surface cleaning but still tape on the wall, major dust under beds, etc. If you plan on cooking in, consider bringing a good knife & only basic pots & pans. Great location & easy Uber pick up/ drop off. Property management was responsive via text to several minor issues we experienced. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property for a group

Property managers were easy to work with. We had no problems. Easy check in. Location is great for ubering or scootering to all the best tourist areas. It is very close to a more run down area of town, but there are lots of newer properties in the area, and we never felt unsafe. Just For information, The bunk room and bathroom for it are small. There wasn’t much bathroom counter space and not much space to put luggage. The living and kitchen areas and rooftop were great! I would definitely recommend the property.

Great Location, Great House

This house was perfect for our girls trip! There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. The beds were comfy and the house was in a great location. There is VERY LIMITED cookware, so don’t expect to be able to prepare meals for any size group over 4. We had to call the property manager because a smoke alarm was chirping when we arrived. No one ever came to fix it so we just had to ignore the noise. Also, the door to the balcony doesn’t lock…no biggie because it’s on the 2nd floor. Overall we’d stay here again!

Great location, cool concept, not clean

This place is in a great location, and honestly a really cool condo in general. We had some issues with cleanliness. I have an understanding that the cleaning company just took over these properties in the past couple of weeks, so it may not be their fault. However, the cleanliness of this condo was not good at all. All of the bathrooms had mold in them, which can become a big issues. We ended up having a great time, but luckily we didn’t have to spend our whole trip indoors.

Great weekend in Nashville

We were very satisfied staying here. Place is very nice and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. Location is excellent for short Uber rides to bars and restaurants, but neighborhood felt safe although there isn’t much to walk to within a 5-min or so radius. Garage fit our GMC Yukon no problem, actually big enough to fit two of them! As the listing explains, there aren’t a lot of ‘extras’ here so you’ll need to bring your own shampoo/body wash and also garbage bags, unless four is enough for your entire stay! It’s in a complex with many townhomes so you will need to close your drapes for some privacy - the other townhomes’ windows are looking right in on you! Overall excellent stay and would come here again.

Great Location!

This was our first time ever in Nasville and were not sure what to expect. This location is perfect, uber is always ready to pick up and close by. Walking distance to several places. The house itself had plenty of room for 6 of us... having 3.5 bathroom was amazing!! The roof top was gorgeous, and we loved the bright furniture.The only thing that disappointed us was the cleanliness. you could tell lots of parties had been held there. There was a lot of tape on the wall that must of been left from decorations. the stairwells were banged up and scratched pretty bad. Overall.. we would rec staying here, but be prepared - it is a Nashville rental that is used for parties.

Girls Weekend

I’m not one to typically leave a review but I feel like it’s needed. Overall the place was cute and in a convenient location, but the cleanliness and toiletries/linens provided is lacking. We had to search high and low for towels in which there’s not even enough to cover the capacity (8) we only found 5. There’s no extra pillows or blankets provided. Found random crackers in bedroom & bathroom drawers along with leftover party confetti throughout. The stairway walls are completely scuffed and dirty (more than just a couple marks, like the whole wall and baseboards covered). ANTS EVERYWHERE. There was also a broken floor board on the rooftop and another safety issue which was brought to the properties attention. The security is a guy in an unmarked truck that parks in the courtyard in front of the townhomes at night. (Which for a group of girls it was a little suspicious at first but it ended up being fine) At the end of the day I would stay here again, it just needs more attention & effort when it comes to cleaning & stocking.

Paige, we are sorry to hear about these things, but to our future guests: we provide more than one towel on site for the max condo sleeping capacity, as well as washing tabs for laundry for multiple days in case of overuse. The security guard's presence is detailed in the rental instructions that go out 2 weeks before arrival for peace of mind, so we are sorry that it was startling in this instance. There were maintenance issues reported during this reservation that have been remedied as well, so please consider Nashville's famous Gulch and a get-a-way at Broadview for your next adventure!
