We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.

The building is secure with access through our door system Latch with I will give you access to prior to your check in date it is an app with your email . If you do not have a smart phone I can generate you a code to do manually .

We have 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths
1 bedroom is a king with en-suite bath

We have a few guest spots in the garage and an open lot outside the building , fully stocked kitchen with coffee water and a local Nashville treat

We are in urban downtown Nashville , 1 miles from Broadway you can Uber Lyft , Hop on Hop Off Trolly , Scooter , Taxi or walk to most anything !

Great Location

The best thing about the property , besides the cleanliness and comfort of the bed , was the fact that it was centrally located to everything that our group wanted to do.

Perfect for 3 couples!

This was a perfect space for 3 couples. Great location, very clean, and modern looking. The only downside to this place is the train the runs during odd hours of the night - in some instances waking us up. I would highly recommend this place for a quick stay.

What a great place to stay when in Nashiville, easy check in. Walking distance to Broadway. Nice views from the balcony. Scarlett was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was worth every penny. It was huge & has amazing views day & night. Very clean. The train passing by was pretty cool as well. Will definitely come back to stay. It’s close to everything.

Weekend in Nashville

The property is within walking distance to Broadway, which is amazing. We did Uber back one night because it was late but all the other times we walked. Home is immaculate and well stocked. You are right next to railroad bridge so you do hear the train and it comes at night, but it isn't obnoxious and didn't bother us a bit. Great property. We will definitely stay here again our next trip.

Family Spring Break

This condo delivered as described. There was train noise and neighbor noise as expected. The condo was well furnished with the necessities that we needed. We were within walking distance of all the sites we wanted to see. Parking was easy. Nearby Publix grocery store was convenient to drive to. . Scarlett was very responsive to all messages!

We had a blast! In walking distance to some really nice places to eat that’s away from the touristy stuff on Broadway! Was easy to catch Uber or lyfts to and from! The condo was super nice! If you love trains then this is the place. We loved watching the rain on the trussle and the boats on the river. Neighborhood is very quiet. The balcony made it even more perfect! Literally right on the river bank! Thanks for the hospitality!!

Bright and comfortable

Everything was very smooth and easy. Great view, loved the little deck. The train runs all day and there’s a recording that plays. There’s some construction nearby that causes a detour but it’s very easy to walk to broadway and to get an Uber. We worked from the rental when we weren’t at our conference and it was very collaborative.

Nice Place Inside, but Train Noise Too Much

Inside of the rental was great, but the freight train noise coming by sometimes hourly throughout the entire night time was just too loud. We did not expect the train would come by so often and throughout the entire night, so if you are OK with that then rental is fine.

The neighborhood is a little industrial, but a few short blocks away you are in cute areas or downtown. We didn't feel unsafe, but didn't walk it at night. We found getting into the building was a little tricky but the owners were super helpful. The condo was clean, comfortable and the outdoor area was a bonus. The train goes by frequently, however, you quickly get used to it. My only complain was the condo above had a party Sat night until 5am. Just poor luck!

Cool place but…..

We enjoyed our time in Nashville, but unfortunately the property did not live up to its price and billing. Pro’s: Great location (to Germantown, Printer’s Alley, Broadway), beautiful views, nice gathering space, fun to watch the barges, bridge open up, trains, etc., protected parking; Con’s: we were never informed that the elevator was broke 2 months ago, so lugging suitcases, coolers, etc up 80 stairs, anthem multiple trips a up and down every day only worked because everyone in my party is in good physical health (for 50 & 60 year olds); There was little sound proofing in the condo, so the “cloggers upstairs, the trains at night, and the late night party crowd could not be muffled; Finally, for pricey and potentially beautiful property, it lack numerous amenities one comes to expect when paying for a premium property - cleanliness of floors (maybe the cleaning staff couldn’t carry their mops and vacuums up that many stairs), extra pillows, blankets, etc., light-blocking window blinds, proper fitting toilet seats, etc.

Great stay , short ride to Broadway

I'll get that negative out of the way first, because it's short. We were there to get the Nashville experience on Broadway. That was about a 25 to 30 minute walk from the condo. The location of the condo is in a place that I would not walk after dark, particularly after some drinks. There's construction in the area with no street lights for a lot of the way. This just meant we had to Uber for pretty much anytime we left the building. There are also train tracks right next to the building, which you can hear pretty much around the clock. Didn't bother us much but be aware. Also, it's super bright. The sun comes through the floor to ceiling windows first thing in the morning. We were all wearing our sunglasses in that condo whenever we were having our morning coffee. And the good! The condo is very impressive the second who walk in the door. It looks and feels like it's been recently renovated. Clean walls, clean paint. Furnishings were all pretty good. Has an awesome balcony right over the river, we spent quite a bit of time out there when we were at the condo. It had the essentials for dishes, but I wouldn't want to try to cook too much there. However the essentials were plentiful. Trash bags, toilet paper, coffee for the coffee maker, towels. I loved that we didn't have to worry about running out of any of that stuff. I know I mentioned the brightness above, but the gigantic windows are really awesome once the sun is not beaming in them.
