If you are looking for a hidden gem while visiting the Ithaca area you need not look any further. This is a newly built 2 bedroom apt, with a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer/dryer. We put a lot of thought into every detail when building/decorating this apartment...we want our guest to feel at home while staying here. It is located just 2 miles from Cornell Vet School, in a very quiet secluded area.
Sit on the deck and watch the birds while enjoying your favorite beverage. While visiting check out the many gorges, falls, and wineries.

Beautiful Spaces inside & out! We made 2-meals during our stay & the kitchen had everything we could ever need. Livingroom was well laid out for visiting & relaxing. Good sized bathroom with outstanding shower. Outdoor space is lovely for moring coffee & watching birds. 10/10 would recomend!

Restful and Welcoming Home away from Home

This is an immaculate and thoughtfully laid out apartment. The beds are comfortable and every creature comfort of home has been thought of. Tami and Dan are excellent hosts and very easy to communicate with. We will absolutely stay again the next time we are in town and highly recommend.

This was the perfect accommodation for my family. We were in town for a graduation at Ithaca College. It feels secluded, but is close to everything. The space is modern and very well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Hideaway had all the convenient accommodations anyone could need (i.e. dishwasher, washer/dryer). Bedrooms were spacious, as well as the bathroom. Tami and Dan are very thoughtful and helpful as well. We would stay here again!

Gem of a place!

My father and I stayed overnight to see a concert at Cornell and the only regret we had is that we couldn't stay longer! The property was extremely clean and as others have said, Tami has thought of everything in terms of detail. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back in the future!

Lovely in every way

Wonderful stay in very clean, well-appointed space with lots of privacy, just minutes from Cornell campus. Tami was communicative and responsive but not at all intrusive. Kitchen was stocked with milk and coffee, yogurts, bottled waters snacks - and a bottle of local wine! Plenty of fluffy towels and beautiful bedrooms. If we are in the area again, we will come back!

My wife, who wrote a note in the guest book, is an artist with an exceptional eye to detail and her surroundings, as would be expected. She was exceptionally impressed by your consideration to every detail in providing everything down to the smallest touches to make your guests feel comfortable and well equipped. We only spent one night, on our way to a wedding destination, so we did not really experience the place at length, but we were immediately immersed in a sense of hominess and comfort. The mattresses were beyond comfortable and the bird watching was a delightful added treat. Cornell was other-worldly and magnificent, what a campus!Having been at countless VRBO's in our time, we found yours not 5 stars, but 6!

Paradise just minutes from town!

This is a beautiful property both inside and out. The accommodations are exactly as advertised and then some. Tami does not leave anything to chance, if you forgot something it’s probably already there. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the wildlife… birds, squirrels, chipmunks, deer, etc. It was a great place to come back to after busy days exploring the beautiful area of lakes, wineries and waterfalls. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to all 🌞❤️

Weekend Trip

Our travels brought us to Ithaca for a swim tournament for our teen son. Tami was a pleasure to work with throughout the booking process, she was very accommodating. The location was within an easy 10 min drive to Ithaca college yet separated from the center of town to have a country feel. The unit itself was exactly as in the pictures and site described but we were pleasantly surprised at all the details. Tami left us a bottle of local wine, coffee, waters and other goodies. Linens and towels were included and the entire place was very clean. Having a washer/dryer was especially helpful. The place had a nice veranda altho we did not use it due to the cold weather but the overview of the yard had that relaxing feeling. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.
