Geographically situated to avoid summer traffic, allowing quick access to the numerous lakes, Silverwood, downtown, and our sister cities - Hayden Lake and Post Falls.

Silverwood - 15 miles ~ 25 min to the entrance
Kootenai County Fairgrounds – 1.3 miles ~ 3-5 minutes
Hot Shot Tournament – 1.5 miles ~ 3-5 minutes
Silver Mountain - 40 miles ~ 35-40 minutes

Nestled in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac, a short walk to parks, bike paths, and the grocery store. Our backyard neighbor is an elementary school, which provides endless views and unobstructed views of the mountains and breathtaking sunrises. We enjoy not having full-time backyard neighbors; however, it is worth noting that you will hear children playing during recess during the school year.

PETS:
Accepted based on age, breed, and weight. Please include this information when submitting a booking request.
Guests must sign a Pet Agreement acknowledging rules and expectations and provide a current rabies certification and proof of flea and tick protection. Additional fee's may apply.

HOT TUB:
It is available to guests from October through May, depending on the duration of stay, guest counts, and guest reviews. Guests must sign a Hot Tub Agreement acknowledging the rules for use and associated fees.

PLEASE NOTE - The following holidays and events are excluded from the refund policy: Memorial Day/weekend, Ironman week/weekend, Independence Day, Labor Day/weekend, Thanksgiving Day/weekend, Christmas, and New Year's (Bookings from December 20th to January 4th). For bookings that include the holiday plus or minus three days, the refund policy is as follows: Guests can receive a 100% refund up to 90 days before arrival; after that, cancellations will receive a 50% refund until 30 days before check-in, at which point the reservation becomes non-refundable. Due to a cancellation request by the guest, refunds are refunded, less 4% or $50, whichever is greater, to cover the processing fees imposed to process your initial payment.
