Accuracy in Advertising is important
Jordan is great, his property is just fine. A "just fine" property should be shown with "just fine pictures" and a "just fine price". The vibiage and pictures were quite misleading. First, there was no jacuzzi, as advertised. Jordan is refunding me a LITTLE money for that. However, there were many other creature-comforts missing. 2 light fixtures were dangerously hanging and the upstairs toilet seat was not screwed down making it a circus to sit on. The mattresses in ALL rooms were very worn and uncomfortable. Many light bulbs were burnt out throughout and the towel racks were all taken down though the hardware was still on the walls. The dinette was pealing making it an obstacle to eat on and the flooring in the kitchen and hall looked as if there had been flood damage. The kitchen was NOT stocked with necessities for cooking. You would not have been able to cook a meal And, there were no soaps or toiletries in the house.The neighborhood is an eyesore.There is trash spilling out of the dumpsters and blowing across the unmaintained street. When we arrived the police were in OUR parking spot. There was a domestic issue at a house across the street. I asked the Officer if we were safe there. He pause and said, "You should be ok here, but don't walk anywhere."
