We stayed here for a wedding at the nearby Park Place Hotel. While it would have been more convenient to stay at the hotel, we really appreciated the extra space, kitchen, and laundry. And for about the same cost - we would stay here again, for sure.Parking was a bit of a hassle, but that's Traverse City...
The place was spotless and in perfect condition. Very close to all the best parts of downtown Traverse City. Close to overnight parking. Can’t go wrong with this place.
Great, nice, and clean place. Very close to shops, restaurants, and the park. The only thing I can say negative was the parking, while it was close it was pricey. Overall great experience. Thank you!
This location was the BEST!! Walking distant to EVERYTHING!! Property manager/owner was great. Great communication and very accessible. This place was on the second floor but you had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, not an issue for us but I’m glad we didn’t bring my elderly mother. Parking is definitely an issue. We ended up parking in the N lot right next to the condo, all day and then moving the car to the structure at night. We did forget to do it one night. Overall great stay!!
Property was very clean. Great location to the main strip of shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking was an inconvenience and ended up paying $60 for less than 36 hours of parking as it is not included and nearest garage is 2 blocks away. It is a loud atmosphere outside, if you need quiet to sleep, I advise packing a fan or noise machine as the walls/windows are thin. Would like to have seen a few extra touches like an extra roll of toilet paper, dish soap and some local guide (what to do in area, where to go, places to eat, etc.) Was not like other VRBO’s I have stayed where there is a nice welcome note, local recommendations and sometimes a small basket of snacks waiting. Again, was clean, true to pictures, just not my personal cup of tea.

Hi Nicole, thank you very much for your feedback. We value the opinion of our guests as we strive to find things to help make their stay as enjoyable as possible. We are addressing your concerns with our cleaning staff to ensure extra toilet paper and soap is set out for our guests. We apologize regarding the welcome letter-we have tablets for our condos that provide welcome letters and also suggestions on restaurants and shopping, etc. At the time of your stay our tablet was out of the condo being updated.
We are also looking into the parking for this location as we were under the impression it did not cost that much.
Thank you again for your time and I hope that we have the pleasure of having you book with us again :)
This condo was nearly perfect in all ways. The condo is in an ideal location for walking around downtown Traverse City and Clinch Park Beach which was a highlight for our toddler. A couple minor of considerations, many of which the host has no control over. The walls and doors in the unit are a bit thin. We could clearly hear entire (somewhat loud) conversations from the nextdoor unit and people in the stairwell. The building does not have an elevator so it requires going up a flight and a half of stairs to get to the unit. Right now there is construction going on next to the building which resulted in some noise starting around 7am. This unit did not come with parking, which was not ideal but we managed by utilizing a combination of the ample street parking and paid lot behind the building. There is also a garage about a block and a half away. One suggestion for the host is to add a couple of towel hooks in the bathroom for a more convenient place to dry towels after use. Overall, you would be hard pressed to find a better spot to stay in Traverse City.
We came for Cherry festival. This property was perfect for walking to everything! Located on second floor so have to walk up a few small flight of stairs to get to unit. FYI No elevator in this building. Since property is in town you do not have a parking space. There is a paid lot right behind unit that you can pay for each day but can’t park there from 3-6am. So we moved our car to the street because the meters are not active until 8 am. So a bit of inconvenience shuffling the car every day. There is a parking garage down the road you can pay for overnight parking. Owner will send you information regarding parking after you book.
Well equipped unit. Came with 4 laundry pods which was nice. Everything in cabinet labeled. Unit did cool down to 60 degrees one day. If fan is not on auto it seems to keep cooling regardless of setting. So the air conditioner works great!
Overall very comfortable in this unit.
Recommend Brew coffee shop on Front street. Good coffee and a great breakfast sandwich! Also the Omelette Shop has a traditional breakfast. Big portions and great prices. Usually have to wait if you’re not there before 9.
Go to top of Indigo hotel for a cocktail and great view of the Bay. If you have time Barrio is a great place for tacos!
Honestly there are so many places you can try. We weren’t here long enough to try them all!
The place was extremely clean (which is super important to us) and comfortable. Location was great, as it was close to downtown TC. Downside was that there isn't free parking...we knew it beforehand, and it wasn't a deal breaker for us. There was plenty of paid parking close-by, and I even found a free stretch of street parking about a block and a half away.
When we arrived at the condo the temp in the place was 62 degrees...freezing! Thermostat was set at 70, so something seemed to be wrong with the thermostat or HVAC. I turned the heat on to get it up to a comfortable temp (this is in July by the way), and then set it back to AC at 72 degrees before going out to dinner. When we returned from dinner, it was 62 degrees again. I texted the property manager at 9pm to let them know something wasn't right. About 45 mijnutes later they texted back and said it was probably a previous guest that programmed it wrong and said they could get someone out tomorrow morning to look at it, or I could attempt to reschedule the program.
I turned the heat back on, got it to temp, then turned it off so we wouldn't end up freezing during the middle of the night. Thankfully it wasn't too hot outside. In the morning I played with it more and discovered that if the fan was set to "run continuously" it would constantly call for cold air regardless of temp. I let the property manager know, and since we were only staying one more night, I said I was fine with them fixing it once we checked out.
Communication prior to check-in was via email, and they said there would be an iPad there with a digital guestbook and info about restaurants, things to do, etc. as well as check-out procedures. There was no iPad, so I asked about it, and they said they took it to update it. This would have been nice to have known...not a big deal that it wasn't there, but just one of those details that should have been communicated prior to our arrival.
Again, overall a very nice place to stay, just think there could be a little better/more communication from property management.
My husband and I had a great time staying at this condo. Perfect location, bed was very comfortable, and very clean. The host was very prompt to reply if we had any questions. When we get a chance to go back to TC, we’d definitely stay here again.
