Located on the first floor of a small residence without an elevator, it is in the heart of the green area of Pech David. In a very quiet residential environment, it is a short walk from hospitals and the university.

- A kitchenette area: capsule coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and hotplates
- One double bed (140×190) with some storage space
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
