Pets are allowed inside the house, they cannot go out to common areas, except to the beach. The amount of $3500 MXN will be charged as a fine if there is any dog with out a leash or uncollected waste.

Great place to stay

This house was perfect for our 3 families staying. Each bedroom had a bathroom, the beds we’re comfortable and the house was clean. Great location. We enjoyed to patio every morning and evening. I would stay her again.

The anemities are good but not amazing. Kitchen is well stocked but has worn out cookware. Cleaners were there everyday but not thorough with floors especially. A Cockroach was seen multiple times in the back of kitchen drawers. Maintenance issues like slow draining showers and leaking tubs were noted to management but not fixed. Property is beautiful though, overall furnishings are nice. Quiet and safe with 24 hour security was appreciated. Our unit being right on the beach was amazing.

Big Family Vacation!

Mariana was super helpful, location is amazing. House was perfect for us. 3 couples and 7 teens and 1 baby. We will definatly return. Also the last day we had an in home breakfast made by Marie(totally worth it) Such a fun week. Thank you Mariana!

Great Choice!!! Great Location!!!

Mariana the property manager was great to work and help navigate where to get things we needed. We had a mixture of younger and older adults and we all enjoyed staying at this property, felt very safe and are looking at rebooking it again next year. It was a perfect location, right next to the marina and a short walk to downtown La Cruz. The property was excellent but for a VRBO you will need to go purchase everything from salt to laundry detergent. That was ok, we just weren't expecting that because we always found on others small things were left behind from previous people. We will definitely stay there again!!!
